Crew in this location is the best. Had a flat tire on rt. 95 on my way to Florida from NJ. It was 830pm and I called to ask if they had my trailer tire and rim. They told me they had it and would put it by the front for me. They said they closed at 9pm but if I wasn't going to make it on time to call and they'd wait for me. AWESOME CREW!!!!THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION!!!Manny

We went to buy duck food it wasn't on the shelf so we asked an employee if they had any in the back because previously they had to get it from the back. Well she comes back and proceeds to say she has 3 bags on the bottom of a pallet that it would be Monday before they got. To it to put it out. The manager Mike then proceeded to argue with me. I even told him I would unpack it from the pallet and he was going to let me but he kept on and on with smart remarks.so i choose to leave. This is the 3rd time I have been and what I needed wasn't on the shelf the previous 2x it was brought from the back and I had words with the Mike guy once before. Very rude customer service...

The staff here is not only friendly but they are quick to assist and also if there's ever any problem they're quick to identify a solution. It's really a pleasure dealing with them! I had to return something very large today and they came and got it out of my van. Super nice!

Had exactly what I needed. However, the cashier was not knowledgeable about the price match policy. Since it was only an 11 dollar difference I didn't even argue with what she said.Just for clarification she stated they only price matched local stores with items in stock. However, the policy states they will match any price in store or online as long as it is shipped and sold by that store, for example amazon, and not sold on that sites marketplace.

Went in to this store on my way out of town after getting off of work at 5:00. I wanted to try on a pair of boots I saw last week. However, unlike most Tractor Supply stores I've shopped at, there is no place in the boot section to sit and try on boots. Also, in front of the women's boots section was a bunch of merchandise still in boxes as tall as the shelves covering the isle and merchandise on the selves making it impossible to get to items on the shelf. I'll certainly shop other locations from here on out with better organization, less clutter, and cleanliness.

I entered the store holding a bag from dollar tree, receipt in bag, with my daughter. The alarm went off and the manager quickly came to my side and asked me to move over to the first register. Which I did, no questions asked, I had nothing to hide. The attendant there was very nice and asked if I had recently bought a new purse online. I had, from Coach. She quickly found an alarm in my purse and it buzzed as she ran it over the security mat. Issue solved, so I thought. But then the manager said I had to leave my bag, unattended, that was paid for at a other store, at their register, citing store policy. These are my belongings. What? No! I gathered my belongings, the clerk unearthed the issue, but the mgr treated me as a common criminal, I did nothing wrong and complied with the mgr. I won't shop here again.

Placed online order for curbside pickup. Received notification that order was ready for pickup. Made special trip to the store with toddler to pick it up.I get there and wait for 20 minutes outside only to find out they don't even have the item. And that was only after I called to figure out what was causing the delay. Why in the world did they mark the order as fulfilled and notify me it was ready? What a waste of time. They could have simply not fulfilled the order on the basis that it was not in stock instead of causing me to waste time and gas coming to the store.I generally wouldn't have a need to shop at Tractor Supply, but I was trying to give them a chance. I certainly won't do that again.

A place to come that has a little bit of everything you need from dog grooming to mechanic tools and hardware to nice comfortable clothes and cowboy boots 👢!! Definitely recommend checking this place out!!

I am only giving this place one star because one of your male employees was the only star there. He was the most helpful and every time I come here, he is usually the one that helps me. However, I have witnessed on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS the so-called manager; I believe her name to be Nicole, degrading, insulting and being completely unprofessional to her employees. I’ve even heard her go as far as to threaten their jobs. It is frankly appalling that anybody could even be a part of a great company , much less be given a managerial position. I’ve always wondered why there are always new employees each time I come and it is very clear that she is the reason. I have never seen someone act so rude on countless occasions. This past weekend was the final straw. I hope that the company does better by finding someone that does not abuse their employees .

Always a pleasant experience when I shop here. Chris is always super helpful and helps everyone get what they need with such ease and is very knowledgeable. They have great deals but receive limited inventory so call if you need something in particular before hand.

Great experience mostly. Unfortunately the most helpful employee was stuck behind the register though. She did help me as much as she could though. They were kind of busy she had a line and still made time to answer all my questions. The other employee working the floor wasnt as helpful. I recently found a very young duckling wounded with out his mother or any siblings. My intentions were to try and rescue him. Their prices were very reasonable.

I love Tractor Supply. They greet you at the door, they are so helpful, and friendly. They go look in the back for an item if it's not on the Shelf. They are great and quick about helping to load your vehicle. if they don't have an item they will call another local store to see if they do or if you have time they will order it in. Great place to shop. I can always find something to buy at Tractor Supply

They're fine when the prices are on the items and feed is available. Yesterday I went there and waited over twenty minutes for them to go in the back to get a bag of feed.They didn't have it stocked in feed room. Not the employees' fault though. There just isn't enough staff working. Hurricane prep coming in and one guy on the floor? Get it together TSC.

Went there looking for a part for my pressure washer and Stan helped us - they didn’t have what I needed in stock so he check the other stores in the area but they did not have it either - he then said let me order for you and will have sent to your homeFantastic service - definitely recommend them and Stan - much better service and customer support than Lowe’s or other places I went

I absolutely despise this particular Tractor Supply!! When myself or my daughter have gone in to purchase a couple bags of feed they either wouldn't have it or the bags were damp....don't even expect for one of the employees to ask you if you need any help as they don't speak or help you load your purchase. I would rather drive to Mule City in Benson than deal with this place!!

I saw two employees in the back by the knives, I was looking parts for a chainsaw, the young lady up front was doing everything,she was cashing guest out,greeting guest,helping them which isle they could find there product all while the two gentleman just stood in the back and I stood watching as I couldnt not locate my parts, the cashier/greeter/helper/maintenance (as she swept the floor) she see's me and with a big smile asked if she could help... I told her yes you need to go take a 3-4 min break and tell one of your co-workers (which they see me pointing at them) top get up and help. "No I dont mind I like to stay busy! She helped me find what i needed (she needed a raise) she talked about her new puppy 90% but she was great the rest of staff that i saw 👎

Why have some stuff on line but not in store when so many items are needed local. I looked stove piping in Wilson store and they carry none, yet listed on line in tractor supply web site. Glad I called and did not run to town looking for it.

They have a great selection of lots of outdoor and pet supplies. It's a fun place to go and look around...the one near Fuquay had adorable baby chicks, but I didnt notice any at this location.

I would never go there or to Wilson again. I wasted an afternoon, driving over 30 miles from my home in Clayton to the store there in hopes of buying a lawnmower. After waiting over a half hour for sales help and asking twice, I said "Thanks for nothing" and left the store in disgust. I think a fundamental part of any business is to assist customers. If you cannot, tell them so and why, perhaps make an appointment. But don't treat them like garbage and make them wait outside for over a half hour. Once again , thanks for nothing.

I really like shoppling here..the staff always go out of their way to help you..the prices are comparable to others and sometimes much better..one example..I recently built a deck and the carriage bolts and lag screws were much cheaper here than at Lowe's..Tractor Supply sells by the lb..Lowe's by the piece..any new projects coming up it would be well worth it to check their prices on hardware..

Is it okay place to go have a lot of good different items unfortunately did not make a purchase at this time they did not have my part great place to go though if you need a tire they have a universal tire that fits almost all ride on mowers

Asked for help with 3 different things. An associate pointed in two different directions and said good luck. Waited 45 mins for an l.p. tank and fill to find out the tank nozzle is broken.

Staff is not very knowledgeable about many products. I view this as a self-service location. They have a decent inventory of farm/gardening items, but not very extensive.
