Michael has been a Godsend. We are so grateful for him and he has quite a load here with 3 dogs 2 cats and 5 chickens. Always on time, professional and my dogs instantly were drawn to him. The daily videos we get are hilarious and heart warming. This experience goes far beyond that of a pet sitter, Michael is a pet Angel.

Michael is great with our dogs! I don’t trust many people with them since one has a life-long medical condition and the other is high anxiety, but they love him. He’s great with them and follows my crazy dog mom instructions. He sends pictures and videos just so I can see that they are doing just fine. I think our dogs have a new favorite human!

Michael stayed with our Min Schnauzer for the weekend and we couldn't be happier - nor could our dog. Michael was prompt and he and Tux got along famously. Michael sent videos which assured us that Tux was enjoying his in-home vacation while we enjoyed ours. We forgot to let Michael know when we arrived home and he contacted us to be sure he didn't need to come back to take care of Tux. We will definitely have Michael help us out again.

We really lucked out finding Michael last minute to watch our pups while we were on vacation. Our whole family enjoyed his video updates and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. He kept our minds at ease being able to keep up with one energetic dog and our other senior dogs and her meds. We will definitely use Michael again!

Recommend us to us from a friend, Michael (Pooch n’ Pals) has been a life saver with our new puppy Jimmy. We live in an apartment- and with all that energy and potty training in the works- Michael is such a relief to help us with walks a few times a week. He is super flexible, communicative, and always sends a few pics of little Jim on the walks! He is very respectful of any special requests we have as well as very knowledgeable about training and puppy/dog needs. I would 100% recommended him to anyone looking for some help with their pup! Little Guy loved Pooch and Pals and Michael! We were traveling for several weeks and Michael took amazing care of not only our cat, but also our plants, mail and looked out for the house in general. I'd give more stars if I could! Michael put our minds at ease and my husband's mind does not usually do "ease." Michael came to walk our dog a couple times prior to house/pet sitting for us and when we mentioned his name her ears perked up. We just got back from our short vacation and all is well. He did great with my dog while I was gone! He sent pictures and updates with everything going on and just went above what was expected. He helped at a time that was very short notice and did his best to accommodate in that areas I did not plan well. Micheal is awesome! He’s super dependable and he’s been amazing working with our dogs. We have a senior dog that’s blind and deaf and he’s been so patient and kind in making sure she makes it outside during our time away (and that’s no easy feat for someone she isn’t familiar with.) We also have two Shih Tzus under a year old, one of which I’m convinced would leave and live with him if he could. He stays in constant contact and sends the BEST videos hanging out with our kids while we aren’t home. I can’t recommend him enough!
