The staff there are so nice. We moved to NC from WI. They were able to get my golden in pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend them if you live in the area.

My almost six month old puppy Banshee was terrified of her vet visit, but the staff was very sweet and let us wait in the exam room so the other dogs wouldn't stress her out more. They were very gentle and compassionate. It gives me peace of mind knowing she's in good hands.

The convenience of this practice for me is it's shining glory. It is located in my hometown. That being said, the staff are nice people and Dr. Robbie is excellent. I only have 2 complaints. 1- This practice is almost too busy. Drop off appointments are the norm and one doesn't usually/always get to communicate with the actual vet about their pet, you communicate mostly with a front desk staffer.2- Their PHONES, they don't answer them conveniently, or quickly, and you have to call, and call, and call until you get to speak to the front desk staff.A convenient practice with a couple of inconveniences...but, with staff that have big hearts for your beloved critters.

A stray cat came to our house with a broken leg so we called the animal care clinic and they took him in with no questions asked! They said if he tested negative for feline leukemia then they would fix him up and get him adopted out 😀 I called the next day and he's on the schedule to get his leg amputated and they're getting him fixed up! I couldn't be more grateful for them!

These folks went above and beyond to help an out of town visitor help with a puppy who decided to do a flying nun impression from a second floor bedroom. The staff were kind, helpful and thorough. We were fortunate that the pup was not seriously injured.I can tell you this...if you're in the area, I would highly recommend Cherokee AnimalCare as a primary pet health provider.Thank you for helping me and my pup!

Absolutely great people to take care of your Fur-Babies. We have been very pleased with this Veterinary Office. We get all of our dogs monthly Meds there. We Highly Recommend if you live in 10 miles or so you should take your family pets to get anything you need.

Friendly. Price was good.. they really showed love and affection for my dog. It was his first visit there and he was spooked. They gave him his three vaccinations that were due... And they have a new client now

Typically, for Cherokee NC, the work ethic is non-existent. They will 'get around to it' when they bloody well please. Even if your dog is bleeding on their front porch, they will tell you that'll be $700 just to check him out, and they can't get to it for at least a month. I am disgusted.

Drop off appointments. If your baby needs to see someone sooner than later, they will set up a drop off appointment. You drop your fur baby off b/n 8:30a - 10:00a and they will keep them for the day, run test and do whatever is necessary to help them. Then you pick them up before 5p. They go over results, explain medication if needed and you're on your way. No sitting forever waiting to be seen. Drop off, pick up!! It's great and they're great!!! Highly recommend!!

We are from out of town and they were able to work our Willow in for an emergency visit. They were awesome with her and even worked with my hometown vet to get her straightened out. Everyone was friendly and Willow just loved them. Highly recommended!

Took my German Shepherd in without an appointment and they worked him into their schedule. Staff and Doc were super nice and professional. Just as I was leaving, one of the local K9 officers was bringing his dog in. That reenforced the high quality of service this vet provides.

Been there twice first time for medical service for my dog, very pricey even more so than other vets second time for grooming ,the girl that does The Grooming was extremely Pleasant seem to be very good with the dog and did a wonderful job.

awful vet , inconsiderate and not compassionate at all when it came to saying goodbye to my puppy took him out of my arms continued to tell me the same thing she already told while giving my dog the shot and proceeded to leave my puppy on the table and walk out did not say a word to me. she made everything worse and was honestly just annoying hopefully shes not there for much longer.

I called ahead for appointment; they were booked, but luckily they were able to work my rabbits in their schedule. Lauren was the epitome of great customer service when dropping off and picking up my animals. The bill was extremely expensive because rabbits are considered exotic, but the medication both animals needed was the majority of the bill.

I’m not from the area but I stopped in yesterday looking for dog food. They didn’t have the brand I was looking for but the staff at the front desk were so nice and tried to see if anyone else in the area had what I was looking for. If I need a veterinarian in the future when I’m in the area I’ll definitely be calling on them.

Staff was very friendly. They got us back very quickly. My dog was seen and treated like the queen that she thinks she is. Prices were a lot more reasonable then other places I checked. Definitely would recommend them.
