First off I was over charged for service and when I keep asking and questioning the employee he said I wasn't but in all actually I was, then on top of that when I left there to go pick up my load and open trailer doors the line for the lights was hooked to it so it was snatched and this is one of the service I was charged for today but it was not successful fixed.

Indoor Lot Lizard Service! This is the only TA I’ve ever been to where they have a lot lizard working inside the store. She was lingering around the door to the drivers lounge when I walked in. When I went to take a shower, she moved to that hallway and was hanging around there. She acted like she was taking a shower but the door stayed open the whole time and she never actually took a shower. The employees are walking around like this is normal.Popeyes was great and the service was friendly.

Most times I travel out this way I will stop here for a 34 hr reset. It's a great place right off the interstates. It has clean showers and bathrooms. There's lots of parking, if you are stopping during the day, then you got blessed. If you are trying to stop here at night, well it's the east coast, so there will be no parking available. The staff is kind and nice. There is a Popeyes and Burger King if you are hungry.

Very clean place. Plenty of parking for us drivers at a high volume store. Restroom was clean and stocked. Cashiers were really nice and helpful. I came in around 3 a.m. Must come back to visit.

‼️‼️ If you’re a stopping here for a bit or to rest for the night. Please be aware of your surroundings. While I was parked here waiting for the shop to call me for my turn. I was eating in my truck and minding my own business. As I saw a newer 2006-2010 + Lexus SUV pulled by my truck. It was full of a individuals in there. This girl got out and looked around being suspicious. That caught my attention right away. She came to the passenger side of my truck. And tried to open my door but it was locked. She went back into that SUV and they took off. So for other drivers or individuals. Stay vigilant and be aware of your surroundings, Stay safe out there. ‼️‼️But other than that, 5 stars because the staff and shop guys are really great people and the service they provide are great!! The place is really clean also.

Over priced parking, nasty facilities, fecal matter on the toilet rims, used soiled paper on the toilet. But they make sure to way over charge you to park on their lot. This is why I refuse to buy anything else when I get stuck having to go to a TA. They used to be top of the line. Now days they're bottom. It's a shame. I'll go up the road for my fuel and everything else I would normally buy when on my 10.

I was here doing a 34 hour reset and this place was clean every time me and my wife went in there, the staff was friendly and smiling every time we entered. If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would thanks for your commitment to a clean establishment!

Absolutely insane how unprofessionally ran this business is, every part of the building is missing staff. In serious need of new management.. Be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for both truck service and your food. Lack of respect and awareness is incredible

I’m on a very long road trip it’s 2 in the morning. Me and my brother were just trying to get red bulls and when i was going to check out i had pointed out that there was a self checkout. The woman on the register started yelling at us saying it’s closed repeatedly. My brother was had made a joke to me saying that they were closed. The woman was quick to make a face and insult my brother. I understand it’s 2 in the morning and she could’ve been tired but her to have an attitude with us for no reason was just uncalled for. Maybe don’t work at 2 in the morning next time i don’t know. Worst experience ever Quik Trip is better. If i could rate this place lower i would but I’ll just have to settle with 1 star. Thank you.

If I can give a No star I would. Twice my friend and I brought our truck for only a diagnostic. Coming through town. It was at least 4 to 5 mechanics, all the bay doors open, only one truck in the bay & all of them standing at one truck drinking coffee. When I walked in it took minutes for someone to even speak. They told me 20 minutes that took hours just to check it. One time I left after being told 20 mins and they called me 2 hours later to pull my truck in. When I ask how much longer after giving them 35 mins from the 20 mins I was told by one guy after we fix something. No direct answer on the time. I have learned my lesson by dealing with unprofessionalism & bad customer service. It's unfortunate how companies treat customers & expect customers to come back for repeat business. Diagnostic cost & time cost. I have had enough unprofessionalism, so please be aware. Stand up for yourself & know you're worth. That's why companies don't stay in business. Small town minds.

Attention Drivers, This is the second time I stopped at this TA during the 6 o'clock hour, with intentions of buying dinner, only to discover that both restaurants have closed early.Last week they blamed a chicken shortage, this week they're blaming the employee shortage.Their decision to leave early puts truckers in a tough spot and likely without dinner for the night.The TA side doesn't have enough hotdogs to feed the number of people I've watched turn around in disappointment...This location should consider staying open till a minimum of 8 or 9pm.I've attached photos of what is available for hundreds of drivers...absolutely pathetic.

Terrible morning service. Employee stocking coffee bags, I ask if their stoked cold coffee is out, " mmhm guess it is." Went to get a mochachino, as I was right next to the employee, her response, " mhmm guess that's out too," and walks off. The only thing professional about this TA is the drivers that stop here.

I'm writing this review while I'm waiting in line for fuel. Not because it's busy but instead because this TA does not value of time of the professional driver as they have half the pumps closed down. Simply ridiculous! I'm a very busy driver and don't have time for this!

Arrived at TA need a trailer tire replaced they got me into the bay pretty fast the crew I worked with the technician Coty was professional friendly and had a great attitude. Had a great conversation with Keith and Sheria who checked me in was great. Sheria eta to repair completion was spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. What made it even greater was it was done as a team.

Could use some better cleaning in the bathrooms, showers are clean though. service is fast at the store but slow at the fast food restaurants. Store has great beef tips and stir-fry!! I prefer eating from the TA.

Our church group travel to Charlotte and beyond often...this is always a stopping point for us,we gas up,use the rest rooms and grab a bite to eat,this place is always clean and the staff is always friendly (atleast each time we stop)

Had THE best chicken Sammy of my life made from the Popeyes here. Keep your staff the same. They were friendly and wonderful. Freshest Sammy from any I've visited. And the Mac n cheese was hot too.

$14 for the chicken sandwich combo at Popeyes!! Holy balls!! That’s definitely a firm no! It’s fast food not a 5 star restaurant.TA your response is a laughable joke because if you cared about value, you would not be screwing your customers for $.70-$.80 higher Diesel fuel than anywhere else on the planet.

Nice store. Diesel fuel only available on trucker side no pumps available up front for pickups using Diesel fuel. Makes for long wait times. Restroom area needs cleaning. There is a Burger King and a Popeyes in store. First and only time never eating Popeyes again. Overpriced and no good

Good gas station convenient to access off of the 85 freeway. It has large clean bathrooms, not the norm for most interstate truck shops. There is a burger king attached serving the usual burger king fare. They offer pay at the pump or pay inside and I believe it was BP gasoline.
