I can’t thank the people that work in this building enough; I recently had to bring my cat in for a potentially life threatening illness and was treated with service that goes above and beyond. These folks have one of the most difficult jobs to do helping our sick and dying pets and having to relay that news to their families is difficult enough, they aren’t here to just bill you as much as they possibly can for the sake of doing so. Healthcare is expensive for animals and people alike, and this places offers the kind of pet and customer care youd expect. Thank you guys again for everything you’ve done

Wonderful vet and staff. They seemed to really care about my fur-kid, McGee. They took their time with him and worked hard to make him feel comfortable when he was scared. I noticed they took an equal amount of time with each client, not rushing the process. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. McGee's medications were explained. Then on Monday of the next week, Dr. Martin called to see how McGee was doing and if the medication was working. I feel comfortable calling this office with questions or problems and will take other pets to this vet.

This is a really good veterinary hospital. The vet and the aids are very caring and gentle with your pets. The vet, Dr.Martin is very knowledgeable and breaks everything down so that you can understand, and the aids talk to and handle your pets with lots of TLC. I highly recommend them!

Don't feel they want to treat your animal. Takes forever to even get an appointment let alone if your dog is ill. U get advice rather then an appointment. If the dog could talk I could probably treat her myself but she can't. Looking for another Vet

Very Happy with this Business, Owned and operated by Dr. Nicole Martin. She has been treating our Small Dog for more than 6 years. I bought a Very Expensive Labrador Retriever in February and she has gotten very big in just 17 weeks. I wasn't sure Dr. Martin treated large Special Breed Dog's but she does. My Lab had become Very Sick 😷 Earlier in the week...after 3 days the sickness didn't improve. She's so busy that one usually needs an appointment but after calling and explaining my situation, she said to bring my dog in ASAP...I did and she examined my dog, found the problem, gave my dog shots and sent me home with Medicines to continue. After just 8 hours my dog had stopped Vomiting and started back drinking and eating. I was SO happy. She gave me follow-up dates to bring her in for age appropriate Vaccinations and more. She also told me, if any worsening signs to call her immediately. So happy with Dr. Martin, her Facilities, Staff and Cost of Services. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else...

My wife and I were VERY impressed with EVERYTHING about our first visit to the clinic!!! Facility parking was really good! Access to the building was easy! Receptionist greeting was superb! Everyone in the exam area was friendly, smiling, glad to see us, treated our new puppy with care and concern! This will be our vet clinic for A LONG TIME!!!

Zero stars. What kind of veterinary clinic refuses to see a dog in emergency distress simply because the dog is not a patient of the clinic? The young man explained that his vet was closed due to a family emergency but instead of looking after a very distressed animal, you send him to Wilmington, over an hour away! This was an emergency! Where is the compassion! How can any proclaimed animal clinic refuse service to an animal in distress? I hope that your clinic will learn basic compassion before someone else has to experience this lack of caring.
