I really like the prices on the tools here. The tools are of good quality and most have a warranty on them. I exchanged a broken tape measure with no questions asked. So simple!

For a Harbor Freight, this one is definitely one of the best ones I have been in. Friendly folks, clean store and it's a decent sized store so they usually don't have to say they can order it for me... it's there! Good place to pick up stuff you go to a Harbor Freight for.

Great deals everyday. I don't know about other cities but the Harbor Freight in Whiteville has a lady usually at the checkout that is SO friendly and helpful. She genuinely loves her job and is knowledgeable about most anything in the store.Wish I remembered her name.

This store has everything! Except the sale item I came in to get. I went to the Supervisor and asked if they might have one in another display or location in rhe store. She went to the display lo action wrote down the # and said she would check. She came back 5 minutes later and said that the inventory showed they did have one and she went to the storeroom to look. 5 minutes later she came back and said she was still looking and she was checking 1 more spot. 5 minutes later she came back with tye item! It took a little time but I was so impressed that she really wanted to help me and find this 29.99 dollar item. It wasn't for the sale. She searched to help a customer get what they needed.This was excellent service and really made me feel like customers come first at this Harbor Freight.Thank you!

Went in for couple small items. Cashier standing at register furthest from door. I couldn't find one item so was going to ask her but as I got near she turned her back to me. Male employee chatting with man near door asked if I needed help and told me where to look. Got it and cashier still standing at same register and now chatting with another employee so I went to register she had been at entire time and was instructed to go to other side. I left. I will gladly pay more for customer service as this treatment was not that. I called and spoke to mgr but she never understood the cashier was at this register the entire time. Does not even deserve 1 star for this treatment.

Went there and purchased a red 16 in end cabinet they had on display today I've never had any problems until today one of the shelf brackets and the key is missing I've tried calling them for about 20 min no answer and I live over a hour away

Very nice, clean, organized store. The main thing I didn't like was the way the checkout was configured. It's like in a corner and there are people walking up behind you to get a cart. They really need to bring in an expert Engineer to rework that whole situation. Other than that. It was very nice and Thankful Whiteville has them here.

Went in to get an air compressor and they had a decent selection available for all price ranges. I was in the store just looking around and got ask 3 different times if I needed help with anything. Great job guys. Can't wait to go back and visit the store again.
