Big Lots, please get your plumbing fixed in the mens restroom! When I flushed, the urinal drenched my pants. When I told the cashier up front, he said that it had been like that for a month!Also, why not put a trash bag or something over it to block it from use? Just an idea.

Big Lots has lots of good folks working in our location. I came in to look at some furniture and walked out very happy with my decision. Their general merch is discount/overrun stock, but the prices are good and the staff work hard. I've had a great experience with this location!

Found a chair we liked was told it needed to be ordered and it would be here in two weeks which it was however when we got it home it wasn't the chair we picked out the only solution we where given is bring it back and we will give you back your money and you can go to another store.The one on the display floor that we offered to take and were told no is no longer there won't be doing business there anymore

The lady that was working in furniture the night I visited this store was fantastic. Extremely friendly with great customer service. If this young lady stays in retail as a career I potentially see her running the show as a store manager within the next 2 years. I wish I would have caught her name I would and have informed Big Lots of her superior customer service and what an asset she is to this store.

Absolutely love Big lots we go there around this time every year and we load up on all of their Halloween goodies and stuff like that it's just another place that we can get all of the skulls and decrepicy that we need in our Halloween decorations which for us is actually all year long!!!

Very clean, organized. I haven't been there for a while, but I had an email about a sail. I've returned often now. They have furniture, couch pillows, bedding, curtains , rugs, lawn supplies, cleaning supplies and toys. I had a return with no problem.

Went in to by some Frito Lay's corn chips and dip but they must not get serviced often because it was wiped out. The store looked nice though and the cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

Always liked Big Lots, but the shelves are getting emptier and emptier. Still it can be an interesting store to walk around.

Nice home products,variety of products is convenient. However, this retailers prices are not always competitive with Walmart and Amazon. Also do not pay cash if you think you may want to return any items, they are likely to try and give you an in- store credit

It used to be a great place to shop but not anymore everything is so high priced and I mean really over priced I don't know how they are keeping the doors open I want ever go there again I don't know about everyone else here but I can't afford to be robbed anymore shoot Walmart does enough of that

We love going to Big Lots just to see what's new. The grocery section is well-stocked & diverse. Home decor is always on trend. Furniture looks reasonable priced. We love the seasonal section most! Always fun browsing for gems.

I was in the store earlier tonight looking for 3 things. Two of them you didn't even have, but what you did have was Anthony. From the moment I walked in he was kind and helpful. When ringing up my purchases he asked if I'd found what I needed and gave me the most ginuine apology that I didn't, and I was tired after a long day of work and didn't take the opportunity to thank him personally but that meant a lot. I hope he knows that I wasn't angry about my purchases, and that it wasn't at all his fault that you guys didn't carry what I was looking for. I also hope he knows how much I truly appreciate that people like him still exist in this world. Your store is lucky to have such a warm and respectful employee and because of him I will be going back often. Anthony, you're very special and the world needs more of you! Thank you for making my day so much brighter just by being yourself!

4 times the space of any other Big Lots that I have been in. It is huge. Giant clean store. Unfortunately very few customers, I don't know why with a store this nice. Great selection, better variety than most other Big Lots.

Be careful when you order something online that doesn't allow you to pick up at the store and it gets delivered to you.You "do not " get the shipping charges returned back to you if you return it back to the store. Very odd but be careful.thank you
