I don't like to give bad reviews but this store is not what it used to be. Poor selection. Couldn't find a staff member in the housewares or women's department.(I would like to add - an item I was looking at seemed, imo, overpriced so I did a Google search. Item in store was $80. On Amazon, it was $30. A few dollars is understandable but that much of a price gap is ridiculous.)Do better, Belk.Please & TY.

I frequently visit this Belk. It is clean and I love the sales associates. They are always super friendly and helpful. The selection in this store is limited compared to larger stores but they are always willing to order for me.

Doing Christmas shopping it's always expected for they're not to be everything that the store would normally have.. however it was far worse on the inventory side of things for what we were looking for.

This is one of the smaller Belks I have visited, so I expected not to see a variety of items compared to the larger stores. However, it was worse than I thought it would be . They did not have over half of the items I was looking for. I think the managers here are more focused on ordering inventory for one group of people rather than all people as far as size in clothing and the options of items offered are not very good. I had trouble finding the sizes of the clothes I wanted to buy, and there was no variety of comforter sets offered. I was looking for Biltmore Comforters. I also could not find the type of pillows I wanted to buy. I wanted a pillow that I previously purchased at the Belks in Fayetteville that supports neck and head alignment.

Belkin white will actually has a pretty good selection of things depending on your style and your price points but other than that they do have a variety of offerings

This is a smaller Belk than most, sometimes stock is limited but the staff is always friendly and happy to help and that makes it a good experience.

I’ve always loved belks. Wished they had one closer!! My prom dress came from here back in 99!!!! If you find the clearances, you can get banding deals!!! I love their Perfume! Just wish it went clearance too!!

Short of staff. I think I saw 1 person at the cosmetics counter and that was it. I was surprised at the selection of plus sizes. They had quite a few for the size of the store. Hardly any shoppers and I basically had the store to myself.

First time shopping here and I was not disappointed. The retail prices were a little high imo but the whole store was basically on sale, bringing the prices down to great deals.

It is our hometown store! Of course we are grateful. The store has nice selection of clothing, jewelry, makeup, household accessories. The baby department is amazing. Down side it doesn't carry many of the items, you can simply walk in the Myrtle Beach store and pick up. I love the way you are welcomed here in the store. If you need assistance finding anything, they got it handled.

I love shopping at this Belk, especially for back to school. I have a really tall young man and it's hard to find tall sizes, especially in school uniform shirts. They have them and usually during back to school time they are priced better than most of your cheaper stores. Their kids clothing is excellent also. From clothes to shoes, to pocketbooks and bookbags, they have it all. Let me also add that the staff is terrific too and always ready to assist. Highly recommend!

Nice staff but the system of returning something is very complicated. The layout of the store is very well organized. Some stuff is pricey and some of the store could be cleaner. I believe if you need clothes this is the best place in Whiteville.

Decent store. It can be overwhelming at times for us "occasional" shoppers as there are tons of selections wedged into the racks. Just persevere! You will always leave with something, and the sales are awesome!

Love this store. On a tight budget? No problem this store has the best sales ever. Why shop at Walmart when you can come here get nicer clothes and cheaper. two thumbs up.

Nice selection of clothing for men, women, and children. Also nice, but limited, are the household items. The petite section was much larger than most department stores. Tasteful petite clothing for both young and older women.
