We have taken our fur babies here twice and about to again for a third. One of our babies is not very social. I was amazed at the photos on Facebook with one of the employees holding him! Everyone seems very pleasant and genuinely care about the animals. Customer service is awesome!!

My doggies love going to All Creatures Great and Small. I never worry one wit about them when they are boarding there. It is like going to camp for dogs. Great, caring staff too!!! Don't worry....they'll be happy and YOU will be able to travel with confidence!!!

Expensive and charge for use of credit card with out any reminders. I was charged over $600 and had to use my card when I got home I noticed the service charge and told I should have known.$25.00 to use my card. Who carries around $600+?? Not me.I really liked this place but will no longer be able to afford it.

Obviously, their sign says all creatures call to see if they groom a cat. They told me no they don’t groom cats then why do they have photos of cats being groomed on the listing fix it wasting my time…

Not sure why the reviews are so wonderful on this establishment. I have taken my dog to be groomed here before - when I picked her up she smelled awful and appeared to have not had any grooming done as her nails hadn’t been cut, her ears were dirty, and no potty patch had been done ask discussed. The boarding in this facility are even worse than the grooming. You pay $60 a night for two dogs to be in the same kennel. They have NO air conditioner. It’s extremely hot where the kennels are and my animals had to be taken to the vet after their last visit here due to dehydration. They have never had this problem before. However when I called to check on my dogs I got nothing but a great report of how well they were doing. People please do your research on where you’re taking your pets to be groomed and boarded.

All Creatures Great and Small is the only place I trust with my dogs. Mrs. Betty Gail is amazing! She truly loves what she does and it’s obvious. She loves every animal that comes in the door - well, all animals! She and her staff are extremely helpful and genuinely nice to their customers. All of this rates them #1 in my book, but add in the amazing job they do with grooming-and I can’t imagine a better scenario! My fur babies and I can’t recommend All Creatures enough! Your pets will be beautiful and happy...and they’ll thank you for taking them to All Creatures!

I rarely give bad reviews but I will not be returning to this establishment for dog grooming services. I have a golden retriever and specifically asked that she not be cut short. I pointed out the areas I wanted trimmed and the woman at the counter wrote down the areas I wanted trimmed. When I returned to pick her up they had cut her whole body extremely short. The staff was nice and the place was pretty clean but I was not satisfied with my experience.

We recently moved from the mountains. We had a great groomer there. We contacted all creatures when we moved back and they are great. Our baby didnt mind staying and was happy when we picked her up. She looked good and smelled good. Very nice lady I dealt with. Made another appt before I left.

I have had two family emergencies recently, having to go out of town on very short notice. I was extremely grateful to have All Creatures ready and willing to take care of my kitten during these times. There was no issue the first stay. However, I was not pleased with the care she received at her second stay due to poor communication (doing exactly what I asked them not to do and evading my concerns over the phone afterward). That aside, the worst part was listening to the owner blaming and talking poorly about her employees. The owner attempted to talk down to my husband and also made snide comments about our vet. I could look past a simple miscommunication or even shortcoming from a small business. What I cannot look past is the lack of professionalism on the follow-up phone call we received from the owner. It was honestly appalling and we will not be back.

Great Boarded my Labrador Retriever during Hurricane in a very sturdy Brick, Air Conditioned Building. Was fed and checked on constantly. Had her own roomy Kennel. Very Reasonable Fee for 2 days. My Lab had it so good she thought she was on Vacation and didn't want to come home!

The absolute best around. Staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating,super friendly, and absolutely awesome.The products and services they offer are of the highest quality and very affordable. They take excellent care of all 3 of my fur babies every time I bring them in and not only do my wife and I love All Creatures Great and Small,but my dogs adore everyone there and love visiting.

Have been here for a bath and nail trim for my dog a few times and boarding once. The place is clean, staff is friendly and my dog gets super excited when we get there. She always comes home looking and smelling great.

The lady that greeted me was so nice. My over spoiled pup didnt have any fear of going to her and whe nun he came out, he didnt have a terrified look on his face that he has had in the past after getting his nails done. I highly recommend them to anyone with a dearly loved pooch.

I'm volunteering at the Boys & Girls Home this month and my shih- poo needed groomed. I took her in today, the place is clean, the staff is kind and professional. Their love for the critters shows! DO NOT CARRY YOUR PETS HERE!!! I took my 2 pets here and yes my small dog bites but that's bc someone had him before me. I took him and he's really small and the lady came from the back and said u'r dog peed on himself something he's never did before and now he is so scared I can't even groom him! Never again will I pay them to hurt my babies!!!
