This has got to be the absolute best Family Dollar in business. Very nice store, clean..... well organized..... employees are very polite and attentive...... always a great experience for me. I am very happy to have it close to my home!

The employees in this store are terrible. One of them never stops talking about the stupidest things. Another was clearly on drugs and made very rude comments to my wife about her skin being too pale. To top it all off, my wife and I were very rudely asked to leave because my wife's "purse was too big" which basically means they were accusing us of shoplifting. The man who asked us to leave approached us with a dog inside the store. It is supposedly a service dog, but the guy does not appear to have any handicap that would warrant having a service dog in the store, and regardless, he should not be having it interact with customers. We have been shopping at this store since it opened and are known customers. After this, we will drive the extra 15 minutes to Pilot Mountain to do our shopping rather than come to this store again. Until they bite competent, friendly staff we are done.

I work home health meaning I travel from one ill person's home to the next. This is the only place within 15 minutes where I could stop and pee and now they lie about the restrooms being broken. I have always made it a point to purchase something unless I am in a hurry, but then I would buy more my next trip. Now that I have to drive 30 minutes out of my already hectic day because they will no longer let me use the restroom, you can rest assure I will never shop with them again. The staff is so friendly which is why they aren't getting 1 star. Poor decision management.

When the Governor says it's Mandatory to wear masks when going inside... When asking the employee why there are customer inside without wearing masks. She said the Company is weak about making people wear masks they don't want to offend someone.. I asked very politely why he wasn't wearing, he said he didn't have to...Family Dollar should be fined for everyone who don't wear a mask..That's setting a poor example for the rest...

This store has went to a mess. Debit card reader stays down, employees lock the store and leave randomly or stay outside smoking. They don't keep basic staples in stock for daily use. A manager is needed!
