Very pleased with this business. Patricia is always quick to return calls to get an appointment. Carly does an awesome job with my Mikey. Baths and nail trims might not be top on his list but she always does a great job, finds adjustments to better his experience and is open to discussing any concerns.

Never been treated so unprofessionally by any business before in my life. Kaitlin is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered. I’m floored she’s allowed to speak to customers this way. The groomer was even apologetic for Kaitlin’s behavior. The credit card machine was not working. I understand that things happen; however, I was not told this prior to pick up and the groomer even admitted she forgot to mention it to me. Again, I understand that she was busy, she’s human, and forgot. Where I have an issue is that I was then expected to drop whatever I had going on to find an atm (with my 2 kids in tow) and return to the salon. It’s not like we were first time customers. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for 9 years and have never had any issues paying our bill. Why could we not have left our credit card info to be processed later or been allowed to pay via cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay , or some other for of electronic payment. Kaitlin then proceeded to call her mother(Patricia) and bad mouth me right in front of me. Wow! I cannot believe this is how Kaitlin speaks to paying, loyal customers of 9 years. She even stated “you always have an issue every single time you come in here” which was a lie. I’ve never had any issues. I’m not sure if she got me confused with someone else or what. I’m not saying this place is bad as a whole, but I certainly would avoid any dealings with Kaitlin at all! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Upon reading other reviews, I see others have called this place out for rude and unprofessional behavior so it seems I am not the only one who’s had an issue with this. Please note: this review is about Kaitlin, not the care my dogs received or the quality of their work. Tara did a great job(as always) with them. They looked great and were happy when I picked them up!

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would, I was given a certain price by the owner herself but when I went to go pick up my dogs, I was given a total different price, if I had known that i was going to get charged that much, i would of kept my pets home, Kaitlyn was rude and disrespectful. Lies is all they tell, I wont be back! Lesson learned

This was our first time and they did a wonderful job. My dog looks sleek and like a puppy again. We are bringing our other dog this week! Very friendly people and quick too. Prices are not that bad considering the current economy.

I love this place so much. They do such great grooming for my heavily shedding dog. He is very hard to clean at home, but always he comes back happy as a clam and clean as a whistle.I take him to daycare up there several times a week as well. He loves it, as soon as he sees the store he tries to climb out of the car to go see all his friends. They are so sweet and understanding of my high-energy puppy. They treat him like he is their own and love on him just like I would. They even have noticed things on him and called me to ask if I want them to work on it while he is there for daycare. For instance, he had a hot spot a couple weeks ago and Patricia called to offer to shave it and put medicine on it for me (that is exactly what the vet would have done). I am so happy they are here!

Very professional and loving staff! They really care for our fur babies and go out of their way to make sure they are comfortable. Talented groomers as well! I have been bringing my puppy to them since Aug and will continue to do so.

I highly recommend this team of professionals with my fur baby. I have a large, very active German Shepard who normally has to be sedated, as he dislikes a grooming and getting his nails trimmed. This team was up for the challenge and they done an awesome job without any sedation.He is so clean and fluffy and his nails look great! This will definitely be my place for Max from now on. Just an all around great team. Thanks you guys! ❤🐾❤🐾

This was my first time using K9 Perfection. Katelynn was great! My neighbor has used K9 for a while now for her 4 rescues. My Bristol has cancer and Katelynn was so gentle with her. As long has we have Bristol Katelynn will be taking care of her to keep her looking beautiful!

We took our elderly dog for a full service appointment including a deshedding bath. It was our first visit and most definitely won't be our last. 100% impressed from the minute we walked in the door until we picked him up. His nails have never looked so good. I highly recommend taking your pet there. Pleasantly surprised how reasonable the pricing was.

We take both of our pups here and they are great to deal with. Both our pups are over 100 lbs and the ladies at K9 perfection do a great job with them.They always come home clean, fluffy, well brushed and looking good. Nikki actually has an appointment today in about 3 hours. See you then.

The people there were very unprofessional. As a first time customer, I hoped for a little more compassion for my dog. I ended up picking him up without anything being done.

I have taken my dog to this place before and this time i felt really disappointed. If i have an appointment I expect that they would start working on him closer to the schedule time, not wait hours. Then i thought they would work with him until he was finish, not just start on him and put him on a crate for over 2 hours and still not finish. She said it took them 3 hours for a bath and de-shedding treatment. She said they were waiting for him to dry(in a cage) not blowdry him. He is well behave, so it was not like he didnt let them. They told me if i wanted my dog well take care of to take him somewhere else or do mobile grooming. When she said that it showed me how well they take care of my dog. If you are a person that doesnt like your dog being on a crate Do Not take them to K9 perfection grooming salon.

We took our pup to this groomer because petsmart had a 3 week back up. They treated our little girl so well and their prices are SOO much better than those big chains. 10/10 would recommend and y’all have a life long customer here!!!

AAA service my mother's dog Little Bear (a ferocious Chihuahua not really) went in for his hair cut. We had to schule an appointment two week out but it was well worth the wait. Patricia took her time and was no way in a rush she gave him her undivided attention. Locally owned and operated by trusted staff and owner. Thanks....

I do not reccomend going here at all! Very rude and they shaved my mothers dog when he only had 2 inches of hair . She made sure to brush his face and ears before she took him and they still shaved his whole body and face and left a ploom on his tail which a doodle should not have this hairstyle. Very very dissatisfied!!!!!!

Patricia has been doing our fur crew since she opened her shop about 5 years ago,,,, some of our old ones have passed but there is always a new one and we keep a regular schedule for 5 of them..We are blessed to have her fairly close
