I absolutely love this grocery store! Their store is super clean and the prices are competitive compared to Walmart and other chains. I love the fact that they give back to the community by aiding food pantries and other organizations... Kudos Food Lion 🦁

This place is amazing. I don't grocery shop by myself my wife usually comes with me but she is no longer around so I have to make due. I always get so confused the shopping by myself, but the manager Brianna in the meat department is very very helpful. She is very knowledgeable about what is in the store where it is at. She will go above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied. She is so bubbly and makes an amazing experience to shop. I would really like to see Brianna get some kind of acknowledgment. As long as I'm in the washington area I will never shop at another grocery store in this case the price doesn't matter the service is outstanding I love this store is is my go-to for everything food and the deli section is amazing.

If I can give this store a zero rating I would ! Their customer service is horrendous. Everyone has attitudes not to mention I was standing in line and the manager took it upon herself to ignore me and assist the customer BEHIND ME !!!!

This is one of the only places I will grocery shop. There are always good prices on most of the things I buy. Especially when it comes to the weekly sale items. Avivid Pepsi drinker, fresh fruit and flower person. I get a bunch of fresh flowers every week.

I love shopping at my local Food lion. I have been knowing quite a few of the workers. Emily is one of th best managers in the store. Crystal a cashier always has a smile. I sure miss her since he moved. Love the produce. I would rather shop at Foodlion than any super store.

The To Go Service leaves much to be desired. Called the # on the sign 4 times before I got someone to answer. Then it was 10+ mins before someone brought them out. The guy that brought the groceries to me was very nice and courteous. Altogether from parking to leaving was 22mins.

Customer service was not what I expected on my visit to NC. Everyone here (NC) had been kind and courteous, except at this Food Lion. It's wonderful to be a visitor and talk to so many people. JOSH at the register was rude and unpleasant. I was not pleased. I hope to encounter more people like those at the doctor's office, Dollar tree and the restaurant Downtown on MainStreet. It was a clean store.

Fast, some subs didn't make sense. It been raining for 2 day they insist using paper bags. Needless to say the bottom fell and pasta sauce broke. Sauce and glass on garage floor and in my shoe. We had to unpack piece by piece. They offer to refund the $ of the sauce. This could be a hazard. Plastic on rainy days!?!?

I'm going to leave it a 4 only because I've become familiar with the place and I know humans are fallible and sometimes make careless mistakes. As of the time of this review though, we have just gone through enough medical crises that I wasn't in the mood for another. To my absolute surprise, an associate didn't quite feel the same.While stocking shelves with great care, this young lady proceeds to sniffle, cough, and sneeze on the jars of jalapeños I was eyeing on the shelf. Didn't even try to use the elbow. She did this for a solid minute while I stood behind her. I obviously opted out of the recently infected product and went to ring up the rest of my cart.I know all the stuff in the store is covered in ick. That's why we wash our hands after going out. It's not about the germs, it's about watching someone get their ick on the product in your face and they work with it throughout the day, daily. She was clearly sick and I understand the struggle to work even on our bad days. Sick days don't pay the bills when you don't have benefits. But there was like zero finesse with that scene. Nada.I felt really bad for speaking to a manager, but I really wanted the jalapeños and banana peppers and I couldn't bring myself to touch that stuff even after they 'wiped it down'.

I moved hear from ct. Not long ago ...... i gotta say food lion is the place to go...great prices fresh meats great service my bill was $180.00 with my m.v.p. card i saved $62.35 in times like this every penny counts!!! I enjoy shopping there. The only problem i have some of the shelves are to tall. I cannot pick up heavy items and appreciate the help I get. They even help me get my groceries in the car. Thank you all so much

This particular location never seems to have some of the things I need /want. There's an air blower over the door that's been broke for years. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think until you get past the registers📠. The whole store🏪 needs a huge overhaul🛠️. 😕

Friendly associates, willing to help find products or help carry your groceries to the checkout if you forgot to grab a cart and have your hands full. They had the muffins that I can only get at Food Lion's bakery and the ice cream I love if I don't make it to Walmart before 8:30pm. They stay open till 11pm, which is a big plus for people who aren't on a regular daytime schedule.Wish they could totally redo this store to look like the one in the middle of town. I hate the layout of it because the freezer sections are on opposite sides of store, which makes little to no sense. For example, ice cream, milk & OJ is on the far left and frozen meals/pizza are on the right. It's inconvenient & by the time you get to to the ice cream, your frozen veggies or pizza or whatever you get from the right side freezers are thawed out. When you have to drive 30 min or more to get home, your stuff is even more thawed.

This Foodlion is effective and efficient in servicing customers quickly and diligently And now that im done with the big words, I like it. I run in and so far I run out. Cashiers are not down in the dumps, instead seem to have a I don't mind working here vibe and it transcends. A store to be proud of thus far Washington.

Ive been awaiting a gift card since October was allegedly mailed never recieved was mailed again still havent got I try to not even shop in either locations just not worth aggrevation manager at other location is rude as well and where Im from in Manhattan we dont bite our tongue for anyone if you offend me its always the internet
