Washington store close to the college is always clean and the employees are so friendly I love the self checkout other dollar general stores need to learn how to be friendly and not so sassy when asked a question Thanks to this store for your friendliness and fast help

I love the Manager of the store. It is always stocked up.and never see stock boxes all over the floor not put up. One employee has a piss poor attitude towards me and always as for a ID wen I buy cigarettes and beer after u have been everyday for the last 2 yrs

It's been awhile since I've been there, but during Hurricane Florence they had everything I needed and a surplus and awesome prices while everywhere else had jacked up prices or were simply out of stock. They also have a nice little book section for things to occupy yourself at decent price. Everyone was friendly and helpful at such a chaotic time. I would definitely recommend going here. It's somewhat easy to miss as you're heading down a highway, but otherwise a good spot if you're heading out of town (or through town) and need some knickknacks and snacks for exceptionally cheap prices.

Found what I needed since both Food Lions were completely sold out of what I needed. It's a small store, but the lady who helped me check out was very slow, was constantly confused and had to call a manager several times for me & the customer she helped before me to fix a few things she either couldn't do, or things she messed up while checking us out. She was not a new employee, so that wouldnt explain why she couldnt check out a single person without calling a manager, or letting the line back up so there were 3 ppl waiting behind me.Small store, not very well organized, and seems to have too much packed into a tiny space.

I will never shop here again.I had to call the headquarters to explain to them that some lady that works here didn’t want to do a return, so she goes outside and calls the district managers office and tells them that we are supposedly doing too many returns. So when I called headquarters and told them this and filed a report with them, because I have never heard such a thing. Their policy is on the wall and says as long as you have a receipt and a certain amounted days, you can return anything and headquarters confirmed this. She even told the other employees to not accept returns from us. Sorry but I will not keep a product that I can’t use, just because your TOO LAZY to do your job!

Much better new layout. Not as crowded to get around. Now I just have to figure out where everything is again! Best school supply prices in town. Employees and manager are very nice.

Store is nicley stocked but the bathrooms are horrible. This place isn't the one to stop to and use the bathroom. I don't know how the employees could possibly tolerate it.
