This pharmacy loves to pretend to be your doctor and to act as if they are supposed to monitor your medication‘s when they can’t even fill the prescription. yet tell you you have to wait until you have finished the portion they gave you to pick the remainder of your prescription up Casey is her name. I have never dealt with this particular. Walgreens and I can assure you once I pick up my medication the remainder of it. I am completely done as well. They are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. They absolutely need new management New pharmacist all the way around or the store needs to be shut down. So please, if you cannot find your medication’s anywhere else but this particular pharmacy, you would be best to wait until it comes in at your preferred pharmacy. They have too much control behind the pharmacist counter. and the only reason they have one star from me is only because I had to put something.

I am completely done with this pharmacy. I have been using this same pharmacy for over 5 years and it has went downhill. The pharmacy manager Alex is very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t try to help customers resolve problems or help his pharmacy staff he just denies and turns customers away. I am completely disgusted with his behavior. The other pharmacy operations manager Chelsea was helpful and tried all she could to resolve the problem before Alex decided to interrupt her. This location needs new staff and better training!

Worst customer service ever!! They are always short staffed and you are having to wait 45 mins or more to get your medicine. One lady there is very rude and shouldn't be working customer service. She is hateful and talks about customers when they walk away and infront of other customers. This pharmacy really makes me want to move my prescriptions. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!
