I recently brought my 2013 F-150 in for a known transmission component issue. The scheduled appointment was less than 2 weeks. Cathy, from the Service Department made contact, & effectively coordinated the cost of the repair payment with my after-market insurance company. After repairs were made, I was experiencing a hard shifting issue with the transmission. Cathy was quick to schedule a follow-up appointment and the issue was corrected. The truck has been running great since. Dealing with the folks at Beachum & Lee Ford was a pleasure.

CRIMINALS....Left my car over night ""Somebody"""...THEY SAY... Stole the catalytic coverters. Nothing was cut or shaved off, just unboltedšŸ¤·šŸæā€ā™‚ļø(((I guess i had a nice criminal)))šŸ˜‚, Never the less they only have 10sec. Of footage...LOL nothing before or after but a guy walking through the parking lot with nothing in his handsšŸ¤”No rectification no ill help just call your insurancešŸ˜‚You don't have to listen to me but all ima say CRIMINALS. P.s I didn't want to give them 1 star they deserve a corner of a staršŸ˜‚

I was very happy with the purchase process of our 2019 expedition from Marty but the check engine light came on before the process was finished and they told us they would take care of it so we took it in for them to diagnose it they said it was the catalytic converters it took the over 6 months to get them in then when they finally got them on the check engine light came back on not even 3 days after they put the cats on took it back and now they are wanting us to pay to have it fixed after going back and forth they said they would split the price of repair with us they said it’s a new code now for an oxygen sensor but ain’t that what monitors the cats to make sure they are in spec not to mention didn’t they unplug them and screw them out of the old pipe and put them back in the new ones

My husband ordered a truck from them. He was given the price he was to pay for the truck. It took several months to be built and delivered. He went to pay and take delivery and was told the price went up. Beachum and Lee would not honor the price quoted and guaranteed by Ford under their price protection policy for people who order vehicles. He was told they could sell it to someone else for much more since the truck model was in demand. They are unethical. They look out for their greed and not their customers. Avoid!

We had made a huge mistake with the purchase of our last Edge; it was the wrong color, features and price! We were told the car we wanted had to be ordered. I made one call to Randy Thomas at Beachum Lee, and he immediately searched and found the car we wanted. It was the best buying experience ever with no hidden agendas, no running back to the manager, and absolutely NO SHARPIES to hide the bottom line. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but this experience was so terrible, I believe other people need to be aware. I went in around 4-4:15 PM on Monday, February 8, looking for a truck - and fully prepared to buy - as they had a beautiful Tacoma right on their lot. I went inside to find a salesperson, only to have two employees shuffling around and about. I could hear someone on a call with another potential buyer, and am a pretty understandable person, so I waited for the call to end. During this time, I had at least two different employees walk by and around me - including one who saw me walk in the door. I didn't get a "hello" or "hi" or even a, "I'll let someone know you're here" from either employee who walked by me (this despite the fact that one employee walked into his office while on a call for something completely different). I didn't even get eye contact, which I was trying to establish. It was almost like I was completely ignored. So, I sat and waited for the call to end. After the call ended, I waited a few minutes before realizing that this particular dealership wasn't interested in my business. This is fine, because there are plenty of trucks out their and several dealerships that actually do care about customer service. So, I'll take the 20-30k I was prepared to drop on the spot and go buy elsewhere. If you consider customer service and courtesy as equally important aspects of buying, I would implore you to consider doing the same.

Bought a new car from there and had a wonderful experience in sales. Couldn’t have asked for an easier process, which is why I’m giving this five stars. However, they have an unsatisfactory service department that I would rate an uneasy one. We unfortunately had a mishap with the vehicle, totally our fault, and took it there for service/repair. Got nothing but nasty attitudes and was even told, ā€œa lot of more important/good customersā€ had been moved to the side to assist on my issue, which wasn’t attended to the day we were promised, but three days later. Got lots of excuses and run around. And was told the service workers are contracted out so the manager has no control of the work they do. And apparently buying a new vehicle doesn’t classify you as a good customer. Had oil changed there before with the vehicle and didn’t have any issues. But had many issues with this service and the issue still isn’t completely fixed.

I have never been treated with such disrespect at a professional institution in my life, and I use the word professional lightly. I had an oil change on 8/7/2014 at Beachum & Lee, and I was very pleased with the service I received, so pleased in fact that I ordered a new tire through them the same day. The service department secretary placed the order saying the new tire would be there the following day, so I left the dealership very satisfied. The following day I received a phone call saying my tire was there and I was given an appointment time. At this point all was still all very pleasant and professional, I arrived at the dealership at the scheduled time, they proceeded to put the new tire on as I waited in their lack luster waiting room. I stepped outside to make a phone call, just as my car was being pulled out of the service garage, just out of curiosity I went to check out my new tire. It was not the tire that I had placed the order for, so I went back in to address the matter, and I told the receptionist very calmly that it was the incorrect tire, and that it was not the one that I had agreed to order. That's when things went CRAZY, the receptionist and the service manager completely lose it, they began to yell, curse and threaten me, yeah that's right, unbelievable right? Well it happened! So, in complete and total disbelief I decided to speak to a manager, he said he would address the issue right away. I walked back outside to continue waiting, that's when the service manager comes outside and continues the berating. I just stood there as the verbal assault ensued, I was told to never come back, he called me a stupid and insulted my appearance, which was all completely unfounded, I never even raised my voice to these people, I just took the accosting and debated on calling the authorities, I decided that it wasn't worth it, because from the looks of this place it won't be there much longer anyway.In short it's a second rate dealership staffed by slack-jawed yokels, it's in poor condition, and is probably on the verge of bankruptcy, it's entirely unprofessional and just all around bad. So, do not schedule any service there or buy a new car from there, because if you have any sort of opinion on the service you receive you'll be verbally abused.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, avoid this place like the plague!

My daughter's car has a warranty on her tires. I know sounds it sounds crazy. We went in and ask them to help us with getting the tire replaced. It is a Ford. They would not even look at it. We actually called the place with the warranty and they told them that any Ford dealership should help us with replacing the tire. They refused to help us. The lady was talking to us rudely. I asked them to get there boss. She said no. They was a gentlemen there also. He came around from their office after me. He actually scared me. Good thing I was headed toward the door.

This place is a joke customer service in the parts suck only one person and no one else who works there knows how to look up parts this business needs a total restructure starting at the top only a well managed establishment will expand this place will never be anything more than a used car lot with the same old shark's swimming waiting till some poor sole drives in and then its a bloody mess! And dont call at lunch you wont get any thing but attitude!

Beachum and Lee Ford needs to be acknowledged as the most friendly and helpful dealership I have ever been in, bar none. I was in the area pulling a trailer with my 99 350 when the transmission went out. The original transmission had 220 K miles on it when it died so I couldn't complain about OE. The one that was in it had recently been rebuilt, by an independent transmission shop, and I had been having a little trouble with it already. After hearing horror stories about E4OD rebuilds and already having issues with a rebuild I didn't want to get in a hurry to make another expensive mistake again so at least looking at a new truck wasn't out of the question, so I looked in the area for something in my price range. I found three of them at Beachum and Lee only a couple of towns over.Now used car salesmen have a terrible reputation everywhere I have been and dealers are usually almost as bad, but in my area the dealerships seem to be worse, so I showed up at Beachum and Lee ready for a fight. My wife was, as usual, ready to walk out as I get geared up to deal with the arrogance, lying and dirty dealings I am used to have to put up with. It usually causes me to become completely out of character and I become irate trying to deal with the "lot lizards" and their garbage.I walked in and everyone was very nice. Usual. I drove the truck and the salesman, Randy, was very nice, Usual. Randy actually treated me a little like family and I thought that was a little different but I wasn't about to be taken by a little different tactic. Then Randy asked what it would take to get me into the truck. Usual. Then I made an offer that I was sure that he would not go for. He looked at me for a long minute and then he said hold on for a minute and he sat down at his computer. After 10 minutes or so he looked at me he said that he couldn't sell that truck to me for that price because he would loose money. Usual.He said I'm going to get you in that truck for that price if you can hang with me but it might take a bit. Again usual, but this is where it usually gets ugly. This is where the games start and I end up walking out after I tell them what a lying piece of trash they are.What happened next floored me, he did it. No more discussing price or deals or anything else. He just did it.He made good on his word and got me into the truck for the deal that I offered. IIf that is not exceptional I don't know what is. The reason I felt that they were treating me like family is because they were, it wasn't a tactic.So for the first time in my life, my hat is off to a dealer and I will praise them highly with all 5 stars. I didn't find a "lot lizard" in the whole place.I have another review of the same caliber to write for Shannon and the service department. They put a transmission in my 99 and the work and the service was and has been nothing less than excellent. I always feel like they care about my needs any time I talk to them.I have recommended them every chance I have had, although I don't know how much good I can do them being so far away. But, if there is any way possible, I will make the trip for service or anything else I need.Jim

Recently bought a new car here. These are some fine folks here. Marty will treat you right if you're just up front and honest with him. 4 stars because they are a little fast here. What I mean is all the deals and stuff go real fast so sortve come in mind with what you want.To the service department check behind them. Got the car with a nail in the tire. They were susspose to do a overall inspection before I took it home. They left the nail in there and the tire was almost flat.Either way great place, good deals. Justr pay attention.
