Great burger food. For fast food it was some of the best. Service was better than normal even though we had to pull forward. We had a big order. The atmosphere was ok, but it was connected to the gas station so they had to put up with that crowd too. The inside was very tiny. You can tell they really want or expect people to use the driveway.

If you’re like me, you have random ice cream cravings. Can happen any time of the day. I’m happy to report that my visits to the DQ on Pembroke have been fast, friendly, and exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been a fan of the extra Cookie Dough Blizzard for several years now, and it never disappoints no matter which location I attend. Just so happens that this particular DQ also made a great impression, and will keep me coming back every time I get that craving.Review by: @brittney_know_realty

My order was not correct. I ordered a blizzard with extra Coco fudge. My sister order a blizzard with the regular amount of fudge. My blizzard came to me almost white. I let them know that I ordered extra fudge and showed them how white mine was. They said that their chocolate ice cream machine was down for the night. That doesn’t matter because I know the blizzard I ordered is made with vanilla ice cream and coco fudge to make it chocolate. I asked if I could just pay for some more fudge to add it in myself (which I did pay for) and they gave me chocolate syrup instead. There is a difference in the taste. The staff was nice to my face but made comments to each other. My money was wasted here. The picture is after I added the extra chocolate.

Have been here many times usually for ice cream. Today had fish sandwich, large fries, and chili dog. All were below what I hoped for. Fish sandwich was soggy. Chili dog looked old and crusty. Worse was fries, all soggy and to top it off an ugly hair in it. Couldn't even finish after seeing a hair. Which considering I have reddish hair, wasn't mine.

So glad there’s a new grill and chill here now. Food was great, very hot and fresh. There was a hair in my chicken basket however and my husband had four drinks of his drink. It was so full of ice (no more drink left in the picture) he could barely get a straw in there. Kind of disappointed in that but still excited to have one here!

I went one evening with my husband, we got a 3 piece chicken tender meal and a flamethrower burger. The drivethru attendant gave us a box of about 9 chicken tenders (with no fries or toast), and 2 containers of Barbecue when I had asked for ranch. Our burger was fine, but we still didn't get any of our sides, and one of our drinks were forgotten about as well. We pulled forward to park and go inside, but the lobby was closed. The manager, Ryan, was such a sweetheart about us not getting what we had asked for and got us our sides and drink. They were the only person to even ask if we needed anything while we were standing between the "don't cross" rope and the gas station. I really appreciated the help and professionalism they offered!

This location has the best customer service!!! Our first visit, we ate inside. It was a little rocky when they forgot the BBQ Sauce on the chicken we ordered and the wait was kind of long. But they corrected the order and were super friendly. This visit was even better. The order was right, they included all the napkins, utensils, and condiments without me having to ask for each one as I've had to do at other drive-thrus, and again, the service was pleasant! Additionally, if you're on a road trip, this location is attached to a convenience store with clean bathrooms and a gas station. One stop shop for the whole crew!

We really like this DQ! Their food is always fresh and blizzards, of course, excellent. However, it’s their customer service that is top notch. The employees are always smiling and so kind. It’s a breath of fresh air!

I will never come back to this location. When I 1st came thru the drive thru I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with cheese ketchup and mayo. They over charged me and didn't wanna refund me the difference. I was like ok ima let it go because I like their food. I get 2 bits into my burger and I pulled out a blonde hair from it.. I am officially DONE with this location

Exit 58 I95 NC. Believe it earned 4 stars. Clean restaurant. Staff are polite and worked like they cared. The cashier stepped out to dining area and checked on customers. The Blizzards are on point. The best part the hamburger. Ordered the #1. Tasted with high quality and delicious. Best part this hamburger looked as good maybe even better than the picture on display. Now how often does that happen.Hopefully this place remains the same for a while. Try it!

I don’t think the long finger nails by the DQ mascot, Drag Queen is too sanitary. I would think that a franchise like this would have a little more class and display a better public image. Disgusting to say the least. I sure won’t be taking my kids around this location. This isn’t a circus. Those nails and earrings 🤮
