Has steadily went downhill for the past year. Empty shelves, inventory laying in the floor or still in the boxes in the middle of the aisles. Seems to not have the staff to take care of business and keep the store in the order in which it should be, but that seems to be the case of most all Dollar Generals these days. Must be a reflection of their work environment/culture.

This store goes up and down staff is not consistent.regardless the one consistant thing the staff does is shut the wifi off when you are scanning things in store.althoygh they aren't supposed to have access they somehow make it happen even if they unplug the router.i coupon and clearance shop it's not illegal they set sale prices and seem to have a problem selling things for those prices.it gets tiring hearing them whisper when you walk in the store and let new staff no to shut wifi down.yes it's true they do they can say what they want but they know what they do. if they are unhappy they should find another line of work. Learn to treat everyone equally.

I live close by and this place is constantly closed overtime I stop by. And I'm not getting there super early or late. I show up at peak business time and they are still closed. Need to just fire the entire staff and get some actual people who wanna work this is ridiculous.

The manager lets the employees close the store early and they set outside and smoke cigarettes and talk to family and friends and you have to stand and wait for someone to check you out if this store was still managed by Jason Nicholson this would not be happening lisa sims needs to be ran off from there then maybe her family who works there can do the job

I have never been a fan of placing a chain store near a local business but I will say this place has been excellent for everyone I know. It’s always fully stocked with great items, holiday gifts, crafts, organizational supplies, household goods, milk, bread, pretty much a mini Walmart in downtown Tuckaseegee. Also the staff is really friendly, Theresa is kind & curious, always helping everyone. Great job!

I would rather go to dollar general than Walmart any day. The lines are shorter and the store is small but still sufficient. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because there are a lot of bare shelves right now. I am assuming this is do to with national shortage of workers.

Thankful to have such a convenient and well stocked store nearby. Saves an almost hour round trip to Sylva, and also means ice cream makes it home before it melts.

We went to the Tuckasegee.,NC store and were shocked at the number of customers who were not wearing masks. This is unsafe not only for customers but also for staff. You should have masks at the door and not allow customers who won't wear masks in your stores. We can not get out of this pandemic without your working with the government to stop bad behavior.

This Dollar General is nice and well stocked as most Dollar General. The staff is always friendly and professional. It's always clean and sanitized.
