Our family of twelve visited Tryon for the first time ever and loved the heritage, the history, old buildings and people of downtown. So many friendly family owned businesses which made it a memorable experience for all of us. Tryon, N.C. is located near I-26 and Columbus, NC. Located in a thermal belt area, weather is beautiful, gorgeous mountain views and a cool downtown with artists, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops and do much more. Harmen field, is a hugh and beautiful park for doggies, yoga, walking, located next to the School of the Arts.I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful place at the foothills of North Carolina.

What a lovely, walkable and art oriented town. It is lovely to shop, enjoy the arts or have a meal. Dog friendly, free parking, clean and safe.
