From sales to finish, was a good experience. Everyone at Madison Flooring was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. All the staff was very nice and made you feel important. They were very easy to work with.The crew that did the flooring was extremely good at laying the laminate and putting carpet on the steps. They cleaned up all the old carpet and scraps that were left when they finished the job. They knew what they were doing and how to do it without a lot of inconvenience for me while they were working in my home.The overall experience was great. I highly recommend Msdison Flooring and their crew.

The measurement tech was very polite and knowledgeable, was able to answer my odd questions. The installation team was also polite and very thorough. The end result was a flawless installation and everything looked better than it did before our living room was flooded. Communication was also great, anytime I messaged or called I was always answered in a timely manner by Madison. Their prices per square foot were also fair and comparable to that offered by stores such as The Home Depot except I did not have a good customer experience with THD the way I did with Madison Flooring so I will stick with and personally recommend Madison Flooring.

Madison Flooring was wonderful to work with after I had water damage in my home. Madison came out and did an in home consultation with me where I was able to pick which flooring samples I wanted to go with during a lunch hour one day. This was super helpful and I very much appreciate the level of professionalism, ease of doing business with, and expertise that all of the installers showed when they were in my home. They installed the new floors and moved my furniture and belongings back in place. This was a wonderful customer experience from start to finish!

This is a family owned local company. I answered an ad and discussed the type of flooring I wanted. They brought several samples to my home and I was able to choose the one I liked and could even see how it would look in my room.They ordered the supplies and scheduled the install date. They arrived on time and went right to work moving furniture. The old flooring was removed and the new installed. They were very professional and the flooring was installed in a few hours. Then all the furniture was replaced and the floors are beautiful.I definitely recommend this company for the personal attention, the quality of the flooring and the professional installation.

I referred Madison Flooring to a friend of mine in North Carolina. She was very happy with the experience. There was a small issue getting the flooring in on time so they had to rescedule the installation but Diane said they were great about communicating.She like the fact that they moved her furniture. Diane and her husband a little older so they really didn't want to have to do it themselves.Thanks for taking care of my friend. If she wasn't happy I would have heard about that as well, LOL. Whew.
