Not sure about all CVS locations, but the 4601 US 220 in Summerfield NC, is awful. The pharmacy in particular. I submitted 2 prescriptions last Friday, as I would be out on Saturday. Sunday I go through the drive through and was told they were out of both medications. No further information from the person at the window. I asked, if they know when the medication will be available? I was told, probably on Tuesday when the next truck arrives… Today is Wednesday. I walked into the store and went to the pharmacy counter. I asked if my prescriptions were ready? I was told at first they didn’t have it yet… I pressed the person at the counter a little and was told they do have it, but I had to wait. The person at the counter was trying to be helpful, the pharmacist Michelle, appeared annoyed at the situation. So I waited about 20-25 minutes and was called back up. They had one prescription for me and said they didn’t have enough of the second medication on hand and I would have to come back on Friday… This is important medication that I’m now needing to go without for about a week. They didn’t offer to fill enough for a couple days, to get me to Friday. Didn’t ask if I would like them to call another location to see if they have the medication on hand. Didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience, just said come back on Friday and went back to looking down… So I am going to have to try calling around and see if I can figure out if another location has the medication… it’s a shame, because this location is perfect for me, but I would rather have to drive across town then deal with the people at this CVS location.

CVS pharmacy in Summerfield NC Hwy 220 was awesome. My cvs in FL with 4 day notice did not fill my scripts. Thank you NC CVS, even though I drove 40 minutes out of my way to get scripts, for your utmost professional service you gave to me was A1 service.

CVS Summerfield , NC is the greatest run pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to help me in providing medications . They truly care about their patients and they will provide the extra support needed at times in the insurance approval processes, or doing all they can in obtaining required medications. This pharmacy is totally trusted in supplying my family our medication needs, and they continually exceed expectations on an ongoing monthly basis without letting us down, for Many Years now! I dropped of my prescription on Sun. 8 /18/19 at 2pm. The associate informed me that it would be awhile, I told her that I would return in acouple hours, 5 pills was all I needed, I returned at 4:15 ample time fro them to fill my prescription. I was told that is would be 15 more min. after waiting for another 45 I received my 5 pills. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CVS, MY TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN TO WAIT FOR 5 PILLS. Walgreens across the street can't be this bad. So long CVS.....

I got a Covid test here two days ago. They said it would probably take a week to get mt results back but I ended up getting them back way sooner. I know that doesn't mean this CVS may have done anything special, but this seems to be a good place to go to get relatively quick Covid results.

Take to long at the drive thru to come over.Get medications messed up that you request.They send you incorrect notification calls for when your meds are ready.Hey,at least they respond at the checkout.But whats the point if it doesnt even serve as a pharmacy?
