My mom & I came in on Wednesday to get our Helix pierced & and she did an amazing job. It’s Friday & mind barely even hurts. No redness or irritation. She made sure to explain all the do’s & do nots. She was very fast & made sure the room was sanitary in between piercings. This my second time coming here, she pierced my lip as well ♥️.

I went in about a month ago to get my knuckles tattooed by Holden. He used was to small of a needle and half the lines completely faded out because they where to small. He used have used a thicker needle. I had to go tobto tattoo factory where Michael fixed them for no charge. In my opinion, you can find a better artist who will take time and do it right.

brandi is an ANGEL from above. i got my nose pierced on the opposite nostril from my first nose piercing by brandi because tattoo factory absolutely destroyed my right nostril (like the idiots they are) but brandi was so sweet, comforting, professional, and thorough. she gave me very clear aftercare instructions and a sheet and the piercing itself was done in 10 seconds. absolutely lovely people, definitely coming here only from now on with future piercings! thank you painted saints!Service: Nose piercing

I love this shop! I’ve been getting pierced and tattooed for years only at Painted Saints, and the quality of care I receive is phenomenal every time I come back. Brandi is my piercer and she is hands the best. Extremely respectful, non judgement, and never rushes. She's got a great personality and can make any bad day better by just talking to her. The shop in itself is super clean and sterile. It even smells clean in there.

I got a tattoo from them years ago while I was living in Statesville. While it didn't look exactly how I wanted it to initially, it ended up looking worlds better. They actually talk to you and they're really polite while doing your tattoo. They tell you about the healing process also and they're just all around great people. I'd highly recommend them. My tattoo was done years ago and it still looks just as good as when I first got it, just slightly faded but that's expected after years of sun and everything.

I’ve been traveling to Mooresville to get my piercings after moving to the area about five years ago, but I currently live in Statesville and needed immediate help for a piercing that seemed to be trying to embed itself. I called around a couple other shops in Statesville and was talked over and talked down to, but when I called Painted Saint, Brandi (I believe) was very kind to me. She got me all straightened out, and it felt better almost immediately after I left the shop.She also changed out two nose rings I didn’t really care for— the kind you have to pry open and squeeze shut— for some seamless ones that will be so much easier to change myself. Brandi pierced perfectly, although after purchasing a gift certificate for my wife and the artist not listening 2 times even after a detailed email to him about things my wife was looking for, still managed to draw up things that was no where close to what she was looking for. He admitted his mistake but after a sour taste for the artist a refund was wanted. I was awarded a refund but only after a "drawing fee" was taken from it. Never will go back... I'll stick to lightside like I should have from the beginning...

Just got the Daith done on both ears! Brandi was awesome! It hurt a bit, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would, and that wasn't her, it's the location...she was very nice and made it a great experience! Hopefully it helps with these migraines!
