Came here to pick something up as opposed to driving all the way to Tractor Supply and it was like pulling teeth to get assistance. I didn't feel welcome or like the person behind the register (whom I assumed is the owner) wanted to help me find what I needed. Definitely would rather drive 35 minutes than come back here.

Mr. Barefoot was extremely helpful!!! I had a plumbing problem, and he didn't even laugh at me when I told him about my failed jerry-rigging attempt... He had the right parts and equipment in stock, but more importantly he patiently educated me on the correct way to repair the issue. You can't get that at a big box store! Additionally, this man still has faith in society enough to trust me to bring back his $50 tool, and he didn't even charge a deposit. Thank you Mr. Barefoot!

I walked in and got immediate service. Didn’t know EXACTLY what I needed but the gentleman who helped me did with a light explanation on my end. He walked me to what I needed in about five seconds flat and the cashier rung me up just as quickly. Thank you guys again!100% covid compliant

Everyone was very happy to help me find everything I needed, I didn't have to hunt around for someone to offer assistance like in all the big box stores also they were very knowledgeable in what I wanted, no waiting I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, they also helped me assemble all the items together, it took me no time when I got home to install the items I purchased, I highly recommend going to this local smaller store

A little background:In 2014 I was in a helicopter crash and among other things my brain got scrambled. My first big home fix was to replace the garbage disposal, well my wife decided it was also a good time to change sides and fix it so it wouldn’t spurt out the sink side. I must’ve went to Lowe’s 6 times and no one would help. At one point I was standing there lost and confused(something That never happened before the crash); I finally figured it out on my own.Fast forward 5yrs and a new house later I had the same problem only this time I went to Barefoot’s and they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I’m better than I was in the past, but I still struggle at times. This wasn’t a problem with the guys there, in fact they helped me through the problem and helped come up with a solution. These practices are what America was founded on and I’m glad they’re still around. If you aren’t buying at small businesses, but instead at big box stores you’re missing out; especially if you aren’t frequenting Barefoot Hardware.

Very helpful mom and pop hardware and farm store. Very local and they have a variety of common household parts that go bad. Very affordable and they sell animal food from chicken to dogs and on.
