Huge thank you to Dr Ioppolo & his team today. This morning he saved my sweet 12yo toy poodle who was hurt by a deer in our backyard. We are so lucky our little guy is still with us & so thankful for the care he received. They got him in quickly, were very kind & took great care of him on a busy day. I’m so grateful we have such an awesome vet for our pets! 💙

As a first time puppy owner, I’m very unsure if I’m doing things right or doing right by my pup, the vet my boyfriend and I saw for our puppy’s last round of vaccinations was WONDERFUL. I believe we had Dana, and she definitely eased my nerves and treated my boy Scoot with the BEST love and affection I’ve ever seen a vet give. My boyfriend and I will continue to use this veterinary office for Scoot and even in the future when we decide we’re ready for another pup.

Dr. Means was very kind and friendly to both my dog and myself. She was patient and listened carefully to all my concerns and updates on my dog's health. The vet tech and the staff working at the check in and check out desks were also super nice to my dog. The positive energy kept him feeling excited and made it a good experience, and a warm environment that he will have happy associations with in the future.

All of the staff members, doctors, vet techs, receptionist, etc. are always so friendly and understanding.My dog is a bit reactive to other dogs and they allow me to wait in the car before her appointment so we don’t have to sit inside to cause her anxiety or anything.I believe i’ve only got to meet (of the doctors) Dr. Means and Dr. Wilkinson and they are both lovely. My favorite staff member there (they’re all great though!!) is Ms. Chris! All of you work so hard and I can tell everyone truly cares about the well being of everyone’s animals. Thankful for all of you, even some who work behind the scenes like Ms. Tiffany!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the vets & staff of Pinehurst Animal Hospital. We’d recently moved to the area (I had not even had the time to establish my dogs with a new vet yet) when my dog, Gus, started showing some concerning symptoms. After calling 6 other vet offices in the area who couldn’t see him that day, I found Pinehurst AH and could immediately tell how much they cared about having him seen. Although I l know they were busy, they felt it was urgent we come immediately & I’m so thankful they did. Gus was rushed into surgery that same day at PAH - there was no delay on their end in getting him the care he needed. Dr. Behrmann & Caighla called frequently- either to give us updates while he was hospitalized or to check in on him the day he got to come home which was incredibly comforting. I never felt rushed when it came to our discussions about Gus’ care & it was clear that although he didn’t feel well, he truly enjoyed Dr. Behrmann & Caighla. Ultimately, Gus endured further complications and in a devastating turn of events, we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy. When it came time, they showed the utmost compassion & empathy. There were so many moments wrapped into our experience with Pinehurst Animal Hospital that showed us they go above & beyond. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

DO NOT get routine pet surgery here!We took our one year old healthy cat here for a routine surgery and received a post op update that all went well... however, an hour after the post surgery call we received another call stating she passed without explanation other than "it crashed, stopped breathing, and didn't recover".The clinic let us know there would be no charges based on the situation... but quickly and oddly stated that this was not an admission of wrong doing.As recommended, we did the bloodwork prior to surgery to ensure there were no issues... Nearly impossible to prove but I personally suspect an overdose of sedation drugs and neglected post op care killed our sweet girl.Such a sweet and beautiful kitten loved by all... you will be missed!

After searching for a place for my pugs that not only cared to know the situation, I also wanted a place that went above and beyond and also listened to me babble about my dogs! I’m with them more than the vet and when they listen to you I feel like it helps to know the situation and then after that I feel like they can come to a better understanding of what’s been going on! They listen and they really seem to care! I love my babies as much as I would my family and they deserve to have the best of care! Dr. Behrmann was so patient with me and of course with my babies and I felt very comfortable with PAH to be the ones taking care of their health issues!

Pinehurst Animal Hospital and Dental Clinic does a fabulous job of spotting dental problems in cats. I trust them with my cats' dental health, above all other vets. Everyone working there on Feb 26th did a great job.

We had a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We came in for a simple visit which quickly escalated to a more complex one after the Veterinarian discovered a large mass during her routine pat down and evaluation of my dog. She immediately took x-rays and confirmed an emergency same day surgery was required. Thank goodness she caught it in the early stages. My dog was expedited to the Urgent Vet for Pets where the operation took place. My dog is recovering and looking great. We will be more than happy to keep coming to Pinehurst. Again, excellent catch by the staff. Kudos to everyone here!!

Our new patient visit was excellent from start to finish. Check in was fast and easy, A sweet guest services lady talked with me for a while and gave my fur babies attention. We were seen promptly and on time. The vet tech and veterinarian were both professional and friendly, We weren’t rushed through and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. We discussed future visit plans as well. Overall a very good experience.

I called everywhere to try & get my piglet fixed, either others didn't neuter pigs or it cost as much as my mortgage. This facility was Very affordable, super sweet, reassuring me by answering all the many questions I had. The ladies at the office spoiled him rotten, the doctor was awesome!!! I can't thank them enough for how well they treated my baby. If you are looking for a vet who will treat your fur baby like their own, YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

We’ve lived in three states and have seen multiple vets for everything from regular exams to life threatening illness. Our experience with Dr. Fitzgerald was one of the best we’ve ever had. She took time to talk to me to help me better understand things but also took time to hear what I had to say. I never felt rushed. Everyone we encountered while in the office was so friendly and welcoming. We’ve been on the search for a stable vet to stick with and we finally found it, what a relief!

It is with sadness that I write this review. My dog Jake has been a patient here for about 4 years. This past year he was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and was given a prescription for Vetmedin that he will need to be on for the remainder of his life. It is a fairly expensive medicine and I was able to locate it online from a location in California. This resulted in an almost 50% cost savings over what Pinehurst Animal Hospital was charging me for the same medication. Jake has been on this medication for about 6 months. At the start of this year my California vet told me that PAH would no longer approve my RX online? This seemed odd as it had been working well for almost 6 months. I contacted PAH and they told me that had a new policy and they would no longer work with online vets for prescriptions. I would need to buy it from them (at their inflated prices) or I would need to inconvenience myself each month to request a PAPER prescription that I would need to mail to California. This was totally unacceptable to me and I was so disappointed that they are more concerned about their bottom line than the health and well being of my precious dog Jake. I immediately contacted other Vets in our area and PInetree Animal Hospital on Hwy 5 in Abderdeen was more than willing to help me secure my prescriptions from where I wanted to get Jake’s meds in California.

I brought Mandy in and I was real concern with her arthritis. I had to help her up everytime she needed to get up. I had a fear I may have to put her down soon. After dr Dana checked her out, changed her meds, She has not to be helped anymore. She acts like a puppy. She has helped Buttercup also. Butter is diabetic and blind. She used to tremble at the vets but now more relaxed at visits.
