This Family Dollar is very close by so my husband, son, & I have become regulars here over the past year & a half.There are 2 main reasons we frequent this Family Dollar location. Obviously, the first reason is the convenience of how close we are to it, but also because of the employees. Honestly, we would not hesitate to drive further away if the staff was rude &/or unbearable. But the staff here has always been super kind! Actually, they have all gone above & beyond when it came to customer service! Seriously... they each have been so helpful & patient & kind to myself, my son, & my husband all at different times 😁💕👍I can't give them enough props lol!

This is the cleanest most well organized store I have ever been in. These employees deserve recognition.Keeping a store looking like this is not an easy task.

Maybe the employees should not be on the phone at the register. Guy was on the phone the entire time I was there. When I got to the register he was still on the phone and made me stand there and wait a couple minutes before he acknowledged me and began to ring up my items. The whole time he was still talking on the phone, gave me the receipt and turned his back to me never said have a nice day or anything. Disgusting!!! What ever happened to customer service? We’ll see how long he last.

It okay , they seem to keep the same employees over the last year. They smart, friendly and helpful. I stop at least twice a week. Wish we had a dollar store fresh market . South Carolina has one and it's really super sweet

Traveling from Charlotte NC heading to beach need to stop on the way for a few things great customer service all staff was very attentive and pleasant great customer experience cashier was great awesome service!!!!!

Why don’t the workers ever answer the phone? I like to call to see if they have simple items like milk. I don’t want to waste my time going in when they might not have what I’m looking for. Especially with chronic pain in my back and legs. Start answering the phone. It’s not shelf decor!
