All of these Circle K’s are such a scam. They are all advertising “easy pay“ for $.10 less a gallon. However when you go in there and ask how do I get $.10 less per gallon no one knows. You can find information on how to get three cents less per gallon or even for your first 50 gallons. You can get six cents off. The scam is that on the banner you see the $.10 off price which you can never get.

Very bad place to pump gas in. They always keep their restrooms dirty and place a big label on the restroom door that says “Clean Restroom”. Foods not fresh/ good at all.

Easy convenience store to get to right of Hwy 74 going towards Lattimore. All the amenities you would expect from a convenience store. The shop was clean and uncluttered. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good experience, I would recommend it to all.

I used to shop In this store on the daily several times . Over time it got to where time did not faze them at all. If one person is on register then you better expect to wait 15.-30 min no joke. Almost every time you'll see the rookie on the register and the rest of the workers usually the managers out side smoking . It's getting better but half the Time there was no food available. This place needs a management over haul . Give me a call. Lol. Respect,they got to care and have pride . Sad to say only reason they even get a star is.the sweet ol lady that's been there forever amd they treat her like a slave . Okay not out to piss.anyone off but of customer service ain't you . Stay home .

Store is dirty. Counter top items for hot dogs and nachos always OUT! Other items out of date; drinks are always either out or stocked with different drinks so you can’t find what you usually get. Products setting around in boxes instead of properly stocked.Makes me afraid to eat much of anything there. Food area is unhealthy.

Sells defective phone Chargers then takes 3 employees to yell, berate and belittle the customer asking for a replacement that would workThey said no refunds, I never asked for one, just a working product. You hire unprofessional children who argue with customers, who keep your store running, rather than remedy the situation

I can never find hot sandwiches nacho chips hot dog containers available and ready to use at the store and God forbid if you are traveling and have to use the bathroom because it is always down. In addition for some reason the owner or company of this store can never keep enough people working so that they can rotate brakes so don't be surprised if you come to the store and they lock the doors so they could take a cigarette break. The only saving grace to the store is that majority of the employees are nice people and easy to get along with

Avoid at all cost. This review is more about the spiteful, malicious employees than the store itself.There was an incident at this location involving one of our employees. The store employees had to call the police on him, this action is fully understandable. However, the employee was in a work truck. We live 3 hours away. The vindictive employee(s) told us that they were not going to get the police to tow the work vehicle. So we began the journey to pick up our truck and trailer loaded with over $15,000 worth of store inventory. Ten miles from our destination, we called them back to let them know we would be there shortly. That is when the clerk told us that THEY had it towed so that THEY could look through the vehicle. This required us to turn around and start the same trip again the next morning. We we arrived again the next day, both the county police and the city police said they didn't tow it. Come to find out the store called a personal connection they have with a towing company to tow it. That company would not allow up to pick up the trailer with the inventory because we don't have the title. In the state we live in, there is not a title needed for trailers. Therefore, we had to get the police involved in order to get it back. As of right now, the trailer is STILL NOT IN OUR POSSESSION and the cost of the tow is rising by the hour. All of this could have been avoided if the first employee would have kept their word and not had it towed for the 3 hours it took us to reach their location. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WOULD NOT STICK TO THEIR WORD OUT OF PURE HATEFULNESS. I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY CIRCLE K EVER AGAIN.

This place has gone downhill they started selling pizza but never have any..They have hot dogs but no buns all the things that once made this store a great store has.. the circle K game that you can win free stuff there scanners don't ever work anymore and staff is no longer friendly.. I would suggest they just shutdown that store or find someone else that cares about customers to take over.. It used to be my favorite store sad

Drive by here every day on my way to work. Have been routinely stopping in for a cup of Bean Street Coffee which is historically very good. The issue with this store is they frequently have no coffee. None. Empty containers. Because the staff gets busy (which I understand) and can't get from behind the register in order to make it. So frequently people are standing around complaining because there is no coffee. I'm looking for another place to get a decent cup of coffee now.

As I began frequently stopping in , as it is a real convenience, I downloaded their app to save money thru the loyalty program which is already in place. I've played 31 days of circle k and won prizes and discounts I could not redeem. I'm a member of the easy pay program in which I'm supposed to save 30 cents a gallon for the first 100 gallons. It doesn't work either. In store savings are supposed to be buy 10 your 11th is free , but the computers or screens are constantly off line. I've complained in great detail many times, I've phoned. Texted and talked with countless employees. On average I stop in 3 to 5 times a day a speed on average around 300 a week here.I'm very disappointed and displeased with Circle K , and clearly don't mind whatsoever driving 5 miles out of my way for professionalism and satisfaction. Furthermore I'm boycotting your stores at all locations and my reviews here reach on average of 50 000 views. Do the math.

Stopped at this gas station at 3:45 a.m. the morning of Nov. 17, 2017. We were driving straight from Chicago and stopped at this gas station to fill up on gas and use the restroom. I go in and the lady working immediately told me I couldn't use the restroom because she was cleaning it. I told her I had to go really bad and I would be quick, again she told me no. I told her we were driving straight from Chicago and hadn't seen a gas station for over an hour, again no. Not familiar with the area, she told me Wal-mart was up the street. We never found Wal-mart and went for several miles before we came across another gas station that was open at such a late hour. I have never been treated so badly at a gas station before.

This place is all messed up, my experiences have been horrible, I'm not one to write bad reviews but this store needs major improvement! They're not fcused on the customers, three employees was working and only one at the registor, like is always backed up and then the lady messed my gas order up so now im out of 7 dollars! Ugh! !
