Whenever I stop by the Petco I always stop by Matilda’s for coffee and a cinnamon waffle. I look forward to this treat so much that even though there is a closer petco to my house now, I go out of my way to drive to Sanford just to get Matilda’s. Such a cute little shop, always very kind service, and I cannot stress enough how delicious this waffle is.

Very good coffee and smoothies! Google Maps will tell you it’s on the other side of the street however, so just be aware of that! Customer is also top notch!!! Overall great place for a quick bite/drink/and of course coffee.

This was a very good coffee pop up drive through. The wife and I ordered lattes and they were absolutely delicious (and very affordable!). The lady who made and served our coffee was very nice. I highly recommend this local drive through coffee place near Kay jewelers. It’s not a brick and mortar store but you will not be disappointed with the service or coffee (btw it’s from a local roaster).

The acai bowls here are just not good. Firstly, it's not in a bowl but in a cup which was weird. The fruit was not fresh but thawed out frozen fruit and it was so watery. Everything in the cup was so watery that the granola barely had crunch to it. And they just put a big glob of peanut butter in the smoothie that they used my serving spoon to scoop so it was stuck in the spoon as well so I was just getting globs of peanut butter with watery smoothie and soggy granola. Do NOT recommend the acai bowls here.

Love that tiny little cafe. Great service and the coffee and smoothies taste great. However, I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t a display of the prices. We were handed out a menu, but it didn’t had any prices on it.

Not sure what went wrong this time.Always had good experiences at this place, this particular time my espresso had no taste, milk had no taste, seemed like hot water with foam...The person working was kind enough to remake my drink, unfortunately the drink she made the second time tasted exactly the same (or rather didn't have taste)Every time I had been in the past (I've gone several times) the drinks were strong.This last time just wasn't up to par.I couldn't taste the coffee, couldn't taste the milk. It was disappointing.Vegetarian options: Milk alternatives as well as lactaid.

First time customer here and I am hooked! Not only is the coffee amazing, the flavor options are delicious (and seem to be endless). I have not tried any of their food items, but I will be in the near future.The prices are pretty average for the product and they have a customer card that allows you to get a free coffee or waffle on your 11th visit! (Love places that still do this!)The young woman at the window was an absolute delight! I informed her that I had never been there before and she was very welcoming, informative, and polite. As someone who has worked in the food/beverage industry for 15 years, it is such a wonderful feeling to experience such GREAT customer service!!I cannot wait to tell my friends and family to check out Matilda’s! I’m even more excited for my next trip and purchase!Thank you!!!!

The coffee here is great and the service is wonderful! I've been here 3 years and only just discovered this cute little gem. I ordered the "angel food cake" latte and it was divine. Many coffee shops are too sweet or too bitter, Matilda's was in the Goldilocks zone. It's a shame the shop is so far from my house! This will definitely be my go to place when shopping in Sanford!

It’s always a pleasure coming here. My partner and I stop here whenever we can to get a nice latte. It’s a small shop, so be prepared for that, but it is certainly worth the wait! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind and knows how to make a fantastic cup of coffee.Oh, and the building is super cute as well.

Matilda's has amazing coffee. I got the Norwich latte, which is vanilla and maple and it was so incredibly good. It wasn't a over the top sugary drink like how other places make lattes. The barista was very friendly also!

My wife and I were really impressed by the coffee. It matched the reviews we had read. Not too sweet, fun unique drinks, and we could taste the quality coffee even with the flavoring. We'll definitely go back the next time we're driving through Sanford in the morning.

My absolute favorite coffee shop, with the best drinks and most friendly owners/employees. I work right across the lot and go every chance I get! My coworkers all adore the place too. We absolutely love chatting with them and they have a “surprise me” option and they’ve NEVER disappointed. The prices are WELL worth the coffee. ♥️

Loved it!!!! So happy I stopped by. I got the mystical iced and it was really good I could taste the coffee vs going some where and just getting a sweet milky drink! The barista was really nice! I got the waffle and it was good I don’t care for the sugar chunks in it but It was nice to try it. I will absolutely be going back and I recommend it!
