I was surprised when I walked in Dollar General. The store have had a make over. Oh it was wonderful. The customer service was awesome. I was able to purchase everything I I needed and some more!!! Great job I will be back.

Customer service sucks most of the time. The only person that is friendly is one of the employees I think she might be one of the managers her name is Joann I believe. Very friendly but the store is spaced out...not customer friendly to me at all and they always have a problem with my coupons!

First and last time at this store. Will not return.I had a few coupons I wanted to use and the cashier told me they don’t accept coupons anymore... whatever.I left my stuff and went to a different location where I was able to use my coupons.

Very clean store with lots of space within the aisles to move and shop unimpeded. They have a great variety of products at competitive price ranges and the clerk's are pleasant.

If I could rate a 0 I would! This place has terrible customer service and all the employees are always so mad and rude except one boy who was very nice the first time I came in there. But everyone else never smiles and just makes you feel so Unwelcomed and one of the females there is very rude also and hovers over people as if they are gonna steal a piece of paper and huffs and puffs at checkout when you have a couple things. The other females you can't even ask anythin or they will respond so rudly. I don't see why hire people who look like they hate their job and who have no experience with customer service! Terrible terrible experience.

Mrs.Rachel is a hard working lady she's always there Everytime I go to this Dollar General. She's very pleasant and she takes care of her customers and their needs.

FEB 2018 Dont bother with this jumbled mess of overpriced garbage! Day time female employees are LAZY. The have pretented a coupon didnt work, ignorant of thier own specials. it's never clean. It's always gotten isles clogged with 1/2 stock left out, waiting for I guess the next shift to stock merchandise. They need a price checker cuz sales are only 1/2 items have no price or mialabwles. UPDATED REVIEW Day after Christmas they deserved another star. You definitely need the store app to get best deals. I was able to get what I needed and some great sales without the bussle of the grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful., this time. The previous review was about 2 weeks ago. Had to update with another star,.ORIGINAL REVIEW sale prices aren't displayed as well as other locatios, conditions required to get the sale price aren't promenantly displayed, prices aren't as low as they should be for quality, cashier always seem aggitated like you're inconveniencing them when you're attempted to check always one cashier usually needs assistance and other employee will eventually come to work other register, with the same attitude of being inconvenienced by checking out.

Our DG in Kendale Shopping Center has been getting alot better in all areas i.e.Store much cleaner, organized neater, not a 🔥 mess as it used to be. I go in often and the Manager(s)there are always out on the floor stocking shelves, straightening up, being helpful & just being AWESOME!!.. The DG employees up front are very friendly and efficient as well..If you havent been to this particular DG in a while cos of a bad experience, take a chance to check them out again!!.. I'm glad I did!!..

Third time in this store located in dilapidated Kendale shopping center.Looks like they are phasing out the store.No one to help find stuff in generally mis-stocked store.There was a good soft drink section as I was looking for Jolt Cola.The big problem here is that they are located in Kendale abyss.

There are SOME items that are less expensive here, but not a regular occurrence. Some items cost even more than somewhere like Walmart. Good sales occasionally.

The most disrespectful store I've ever been in you have a black American working there that thru my change at me because she had like 7 people in line I told her if she didn't like her job quit but you have to be hateful to people who spend money there which goes towards paying her salary
