I always try to find a local shop for local deliveries- ordered online- selections were great- found the perfect arrangement and upgraded and added items- very easy online ordering - they followed my specific instructions and delivered to my sister's new home at the perfect time! From my sister's pictures they exceeded my expectations ! Thank you for adding joy to my sister and her family in their new home!!

We have been using this flower shop for a few years now. Even when my husband was deployed, he would call them to order flowers for me from overseas. Victoria would ask how I was doing when she dropped off deliveries, and still remembers my two dogs... She still brings them dog treats every time! The flowers are always beautifully arranged, and the bouquet I received yesterday is huge and gorgeous. It barely fits in a vase. We appreciate the friendly customer service and attention to detail. Excellent service! I have used this florist for years and been very pleased.Recently they really went the extra mile: I wanted to surprise my wife with special flower arrangements to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Their creative suggestions helped make it a very special gift for her: they used pictures from our wedding to create a tabletop bouquet using flowers our wedding party carried AND they also recreated the bridal bouquet she carried. They made the bridal bouquet out of silk flowers so she could keep it forever. They also gave me matching colored rose petals to place on tables around the flower displays. My wife was thrilled when she saw them.Nancy, Victoria, and Vicky are great. Highly recommend them.

I recently needed a funeral arrangement for a friend’s passing. I had an idea of something tropical in mind. I was reticent about finding something in the Sanford area because I didn’t know anything about the local florists. One florist that I spoke with had no access to the kind of flowers that I wanted. I called Devine Designs by Nancy and spoke with Victoria. She was very kind. After our initial conversation she said that she would call me back the next day to tell me if she could find a supplier with tropical flowers. She followed up with me the next day and told me that she was successful and described the flowers in detail, and I was so relieved. I am so very grateful to Nancy for the floral artistry that she created, and for Victoria for her positive attitude and making everything perfect!!

I ordered flowers thru 1-800-Flowers and they were sent by this company. The flowers arrived without water, some of the flowers were turning brown and a couple were even broken. Maybe customer service is more important than web orders when you don't live in town.

I was impressed that they were able to do same day delivery and it was during one of the busiest times of year (Mother's Day). Victoria from the shop was very polite and courteous, and the lady who delivered the flowers was also very pleasant. However, what I ordered and what arrived to my Mother were not the same. I understand circumstances hinder the exact flowers to be in an arrangement but it wasn't what I expected. Thank you for the quick delivery but I was overall disappointed with the arrangement.

I guess the most important thing about any gift is how the recipient receives the gift as I'm sure most would agree. Well, Miss Nancy always seems to know how to put a smile on my wife's face! :) Divine Designs was therr when we were dating, when we got engaged, and now when we are celebrating special occasions together as a married couple. She's not only professional and skilled but super warm and friendly! Easily the best florist around!

From 3,000 miles from my home, Nancy provided superb service. She suggested a cute “It’s A Boy” container in the shape of a little red wagon. She explained the online process, gave me ideas, and delivered fresh flowers on time. My niece, the new mom, texted me a picture of the bouquet and it is even more gorgeous than the marketing piece. The Friday before Mother's day I was looking to send flower's to my step mom who lives out of town from me. I usually use the larger online retailers, but none of them were able to guarantee next day delivery, even though the sites said same day was available. I went to looking at local shops in Sanford and came across the same issues, until I found this one. There was beautiful arrangements and lower prices and they had next day delivery available! She recieved her flowers next day as promised and cried at how beautiful they were! Thank you soooo much!!!
