I had a great adventure while at Staples in Salisbury, NC. Met a Young Gentleman by the name of Anthony Scott, the New General Store Manager of Staples in Salisbury, NC. My first experience was over the phone as he invited me to come to the store and he assured me that he could help me or that he would do his best to met my needs.I drove from Lexington, N.C. to Salisbury, N.C. I was greeted at the door as I came inside the store. Even though they were very busy the employee's took the time to acknowledge my presence in their store and asked how they could help me. I met Mr. Anthony Scott. I asked if he could help me with my problem after explaining to him what I needed. He was so nice and with a smile said, "Yes, we will beable to help you with this issue." I was so relieved from the stress and made to feel total at ease. This was a great experience. With the limited equipment and having some issues with the two copiers Anthony never expressed his frustration he instead worked diligently to try making the equipment work. With a smile and the other employees working very hard to help customers in the store they managed to work well together. With the management of Mr. Anthony Scott just beginning as the new General Manager of this location in Salisbury, NCI would like to say Thank You for all the help rendered to me and making my day a better day than it had been when I made my first call to the Store. My problem was solved with the remarkable job from Mr. Scott. I placed an order for flyers on Saturday and they were out of the correct paper. I told them I would wait until Tuesday for the paper. 5 days later, I have to go in and ask. Still no paper, but they said we could put it on regular paper for less money. So, they refunded my money and said to come back in an hour and pick up my order. When I came back, they tried to charge me more and the manager accused me of making up the price paid on their website. They were trying to charge me almost double for lower quality paper. I showed him my receipt, and he said that was wrong and there was no way I could get it for that price. He threw away my order rather than honor the original price. I ordered the same thing from vistaprint for $50 less than their original deal. These people have no regard for customer service. I will never go in there again for any reason.

They are SUPPOSED to accept Amazon returns but when you drive all the way to the store, you are slapped in the face with "We are not accepting any Amazon returns today and we can't tell you when we will resume.". That's a lovely customer service you have there.

I asked the employee if he could help me make sure the ink pack I was getting was correct for our church's printer. I was told, "I suggest you search Google." So much for customer service. We left without making a purchase and will go elsewhere for our church's needs from here forward.

What is going on with this place??? It looked like they were going out of business based on the appearance of the shelves and peg hooks. There were probably 100+ totes of merchandise scattered around the floor of the showroom and there was bulk out displays inside the front door that weren’t priced and made it difficult to navigate the store. I went in for a calendar and didn’t find what I was looking for and worse than that I couldn’t find anyone to help me find a desk calendar! I did see one older lady with a gray pony tail looking at a computer for the whole time I was there but she ignored me and the few other customers in the store. this used ti be a decent store but in the past few months its really gone downhill.

The first time I used the print area I had a great experience. The guy was helpful and accommodating. So I went back 3 times since and every time has been a joke. The women behind the counter are strikingly incompetent and have a bad attitude every single time. I won't be back.

I came in to get church programs made way before 4:00. The lady working had a nasty attitude then tells me that they didn’t do that I had to use the copier and do it myself. I asked another gentleman for help he told me what I wanted done would have to be done by the girl that told me they didn’t do that. Get it together Staples!!!!

Had to strong arm the "automatic" door just to get in the place as I was trapped between the 2, flailing my arms and no one seemed to notice. Once I got in, the first thing I noticed was how atrocious the store looked. Receipts and trash littering the shelves, random boxes everywhere, etc. The attendants at the printing counter seemed annoyed that customers were approaching to pick up orders or drop anything off. My guess is they are short staffed? Picked up my print order and initially thought it looked lighter because of the color used, but upon close inspection, it's like the ink was just running out or something and no one bothered to quality check. Bummed to have wasted a few bucks on useless prints that I'll have to try and get printed elsewhere. Didn't go back in to complain as, again, I feel they're short-staffed or something and didn't want frustration levels to increase for all of us involved.

It's no wonder this place is always dead. I don't know what happened to the decent help that was here, but it's gone and now this place is left with employees that are too busy gossiping to wait on customers. When one of them finally decided to move over to the counter where I was waiting, she moved at a slug's pace while still chatting with the other lady standing there. She made me move 1ft over to the next register instead of simply reaching over and grabbing the package that was sitting there. Lazy doesn't begin to describe what these people are. I have been in customer service my entire adult life and this is pitiful. The "manager" needs to step up. I won't be back and I'll be surprised if they stay open for much longer, sad to say.

I had bypass surgery and I had let them know for months and I told the manger RAY that I had this surgery then I got put to work the day of my surgery and the day before when I needed to be on liquids only and needed to be at home where I can be watched for passing out. I DIED IN SURGEY 14 BAGS OF BLOOD infusion into me a week in ICU and got told I need to sign papers I signed, NEVER WAS PUT ON FOR WORK OR CALLED 4 MONTHS AFTER THEY TOLD ME I WAS FIRED ???? if you see this do not work here <3

I came into the store to look for some computer peripherals. I asked an employee (who gave a great answer) and the general manager came out from the back, smacked the employee and then cussed them out, then gave me the wrong answer (?). The manager seems to think they know the store, but they don't.

I had some invitations printed there, and due to an issue with the file I purchased through Etsy, they weren't turning out right. The printing staff assisted me to correct the issue and reprinted the invitations twice to get them right. They were so nice and helpful! I'll definitely get all my printing done in this store in the future.

Ray and Jennifer were instrumental in helping to set up our computers and get them running perfectly with the printer. They worked with us over several weeks to select the products that would benefit us best. Will definitely come back to the store to purchase other products.

A pink haired gentleman that I didn’t catch the name of helped me out and he deserves to be commended. He was on his way out of the store, very likely for a break or something and I asked him if they carried chargers. I was just expecting a quick yes or no because I didn’t want to inconvenience him, but he went above and beyond and went back inside to take me to what I was looking for. Friendly and personable. Well done.

5 Star experience every-time I come in here. I bought an office chair today, Zoe the cashier price matched internet price for me and was very pleasant. Chris carried my purchase out to my car for me and helped load it up. All the staff members I worked with today were amazing to work with. Come here they have great customer service!

I came tonight to print off several papers from my email. After having trouble sending my documents through pdf, Matt came over to help. He was very attentive, nice and got the job done very quickly!! He deserves to be recognized. I’ve never been to a staples before but I will be back due to the am amazing service provided !

I used the Staples Business Center to laminate my daughter's 21st Birthday banner. I printed a paper banner and wanted it laminated so I could hang it out front of our house. When I picked it up Will informed me that the 6 foot banner had run slightly outside of the laminate film. It was unfortunate but I thought I'd have to put some clear tape over it and call it a day. HOWEVER Staples would not have a less than perfect product leave their store. They insisted on making it right and they did! I had a new banner printed and they laminated it perfectly. My daughter loved it. Thank you Staples for having such high Customer Service Standards.

Love the ease of the printing machines! Very simple to use, just email your documents to the printer and they are ready instantly. No need to wait in line at the service desk, I was in and out in under 3 minutes.

Do not get the cell phone spray screen protector. Pure garage. iPhone shattered upon dropping. Called staples “well we didn’t make it”! When the applies this screen protector they raves about how great it was....

Affordable prices on just about anything you would require for work or school. They have self serve fax too and depending on your area code it costs per sheet, it was 2$ a sheet for me.
