I wish I'd gotten the name of the young man who assisted me at the customer service desk last night, but Lord do we need to see his kind of pleasantries and kindness exemplified from start to finish. They are always kind there, but his kindness was extraordinary!!! I'd also had a long day, but his kindness helped me to know how well I'd kept it together. He was a token of "Great job Val" from God. Tall, blue hair but a gentle giant indeed, angelic spirited individual. Thank you, young man.

This Food Lion is one of the best one's in the East Salisbury area. The isles are clean and uncluttered. The products are well identified. Produce is always fresh!The staff at this Food Lion are always good natured and very accommodating.I don't like going shopping however when I must, I'll head on over there. I always feel like I have had a good morning and have been in a very nice atmosphere when I leave my Food Lion.

Just wanted to take a minute to say I appreciate this store. They are always well stocked, clean, and I have truly never had a bad experience. I even see the manager helping the associates when it's busy. Always well staffed and just a positive place with good prices. Thanks food lion!!

Love this store. Customer service is fantastic and so are the cashiers. This is just one of the many Food Lion stores in Salisbury NC but this is a great place to shop. Budget friendly also, and the team associates are fantastic to be around if you order your groceries online. Short wait times.

This is my go to store. Management is fantastic. Deli is fantastic except for a couple of bad attitudes. Meat department always has managers specials. Very clean! Most all employees are delightful and go out of their way to help you find what you need😊. This store should be used as an example of what OUTSTANDING customer service looks like!

There's really nothing wrong I can say. Place is super clean, fully stocked and easy to find all you need. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars, customer service and friendliness needs improvement on the staff within isles and outside the store.

We had to make an emergency stop on Christmas eve a day they were open. This particular FL is near my in-laws. ALWAYS friendly staff and the clientele too.

My wife and I shop here almost every Saturday morning . We have found Patrick ( cashier) to be such an outstanding employee and friend and always enjoy seeing him and having great conversations. Always polite and helpful and courteous to everyone

It seems as though everytime I go there I'm short something on my list I bought and have to drive 15 miles or more to get it back. Not my job to keep up with what's put in my buggy, but I try. They have to do better!!!

Went to the Food Lion on faith rd this afternoon and got me some sushi and some olive loaf and Tina (I think that’s her name) served me and what a delightful person! We were having a wonderful conversation and I thought you managers should know about how nice it is to interact with your employees!

Walked in when I got off work early morning. Got what I needed. Straight to a register, scanned my items while talking to two of the employees,paid and left. Was very quick and easy. The employees are always nice there. With it being Saturday I knew they will get a lot busier so wanted them to rest up before their day got crazy. They wished me a happy birthday cause we were discussing birthdays and it just happened to be my birthday that day.

For grocery pickup I have called their number several times pressed 1 like the directions says to do and no one EVER picks up the phone. This has now happened on two different occasions but back to back. However their recording states that they thrive on customer service. Let's start by answering the phone please so I can get my groceries! Extremely frustrated customer!

The store is stock pretty good. Clean and had a nice selection sushi in the sushi bar. The hot bar look well stock as well. Big wine selection near the Deli area.

The Deli on Faith rd. I went to go order some chicken an a young girl named Amber helped me she was so caring an helpful, she even cooked my chicken. It was soo good. I will be going back soon. Thanks to Amber.

Last Friday morning I ordered a cake for my grandson's birthday. Veronica, in the bakery was so kind and helpful. She even called me back to double check my order.Later in the evening, I realized that I needed the cake on the next day. I called in to change the day, thinking it would be too late. Both the girl who answered the phone and the young man in the bakery were so nice. I was still able to get the cake and it was beautiful! Excellent and kind customer service! I am so grateful!

Went to buy a few items and a bottle of wine. Would not sell it to me because my son didn't have ID! But I did! My son is 32 years old. Needless to say went some where else. I know you have to be careful but I showed mine. Some people just run with authority needless to say it's like I'm probably left $50 worth of groceries there I'm not upset and will I go back . But that's kind of ridiculous I thought about it later and said I should have gone and talked to the manager
