Store was very cluttered and unorganized. I felt like everything I needed had to be searched for, so finally I was fed up and went to another Dollar General. When I was checking out I had got a few items only because of a coupon/sale on that item. So I let her ring it up and at the end I asked did it take off for this or that, but she couldn't tell me. She called the manager and I'm pretty sure she wasn't aware of how it worked either because I'm almost positive she lied to me.

This store should receive a congratulations on its improvement. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Good selection.

Nice variety of products we regularly use. Reasonably priced. Just would like to see the store larger to make browsing the isles easier. It can be aggregating when stock is being put out manuvering around the stock carts and sharing isles with other customers. This I hope can be improved in the future. For even with the aggregation, I still plan to continue shopping there and encourage others to give it a try.

Great manager at this one. She smiles and is polite a rarity in Dollar General stores. Most are so beaten down by the company's ways of doing things they seem to rather be at a funeral than working in these stores. DG is known far and wide for taking advantage of and destroying employee's lives especially the managers. No wonder everyone here is so miserable. This lady is a nice exception to the rule.

Sign says open 8am to 9pm. Never opened on time. Its 10 after 9am. Myself and other customers have gone to the door and locked. Turned the lights on at 8am to appear opened.Need better management and direction!!!!!

I still love this store in Granite!! I love the people that work there! They are all nice, will help you find anything you need and seem to always be very busy!! I love that I can go into this store and can usually find the thing I'm looking for in the same spot every time!!! The Dollar General prices are great too!!!

I have a condition that makes me unfortunately get to know my neighborhood store restrooms. This store had I kid you not..THE WORST BATHROOM I'VE EVER HAD TO USE!! With no choice but to hover over the toilet I went to wash my hands. No SOAP no paper towels or air fryer...DURING A PANDEMIC. I'll never go back. If that's how they keep their restrooms....

Great service. My little girl spilled a drink in there on their Dollar ale, I offered to clean it up but the lady I believe her name was Monica told me that it was no problem and she cleaned it up for us.. thank you again my God bless you!

Great for cheap party favor or seasonal 1-time use stuff. Basically this is the place that birthed the phrase "you get what you pay for." The people are always nice and helpful. It's just the quality of items is the lowest anywhere. Ex: I bought a 25 ft hose and the 1st use it got bubbles and blisters all along it in different spots.

Dollar General is everywhere now it seems. What makes the one in Granite Quarry worth driving to is the employees actual caring attitude, their willingness to help everyone, and their knowledge of inventory. Businesses are very competitive these days even among different stores in the same company but Dollar General in Granite Quarry is worth driving to if you're the type of person that likes knowing someone is truly listening to what you are saying and no they do not mind helping you.

I love the low prices and friendly people at this store. Since it has been remodeled they have just about anything you could need. Lots of sales to use coupons with just about every week which makes it even better.

There were good deals but the store was dirty and all the idems were all over the place, I am still in shock how bad the store looked. I am very sorry but the two young women that were checking us out act like they were at home talking about stuff that I did not want to hear. I have not been to that store in a year because the store was a night mare. Thank you

They are a very good business BUT when I purchased some headphones they only worked for 2 to 3 days . And I had to pay if I can remember three or five dollars for them and to me that was a ripoff.
