There is two people who are absolute angels the sweet man with the beard and always wears a hat, and the woman with a high pitched voice who has shoulder length brown hair and she usually wears it up. Those two are not included in what I'm about to say!!! This cvs has the WORST pharmacist who berated my mother who picked up my rescue inhaler. I was sent to the hospital shortly after this happened to my mother, I was sick with the flu (worst one I've ever had!) She YELLED at my mother not knowing our situation, not knowing my oxygen was low I tried for 4 days to not being hospitalized cause of my sickness but the pharmacist refusing to let her get my second to last rescue inhaler sent me. I have no health insurance due to many life problems a lot of Americans deal with today so now I have a hospital bill for over $20,000! All because of a power hungry, inconsiderate, un-empathetic woman who thinks she knows everything. I told the hospital about my situation and they took the time to transfer my prescriptions and give me 18 months of refills with notes stating (in plain man terms) a DOCTOR obviously prescribed these prescriptions and ms. Stirewalt is allowed to have her monthly medications when she feels fit. Granted that was one of the most wonderful thing a doctor has ever done for me! But it doesn't help this specific problem. I encourage you people to move to any other cvs or rx near you. This place deserves none of your time or money! It is an absolute disgrace to pharmacists who actually care and I'll never stop telling anyone and everyone! DO BETTER E. INNES CVS!

Went through the drive-thru to pick up some medications a few times for my dad and there's one guy in particular that always makes me laugh every time we're there. He's a very good natured person and very friendly. I wish I could remember his name because I would leave it on this review. He definitely deserves a raise.

The CVS store itself is fine, the pharmacy is where the problem is at. The people working the pharmacy are all rude, except for 2 people (the guy with the beard who usually wears a hat, and a blonde female middle aged). Everyone else acts like they're too bothered or too good for their job. They don't greet you. When you get to the register they only ask for name and birthday, and even then they seem like it's such a bother to them to have to ask that.I've had also had the longest wait times to get my prescriptions. I had a prescription sent in yesterday, and it still hasn't been filled. It'll be at least a two day period between the time the script was sent to the time it was filled. And don't even get me started on the drive through, they're slower than any drive thru you can go to.After my script gets filled, I'll be switching to walgreens. Ie been using this cvs for at least 8 years and it's just gone downhill so much.I hope the workers see this and adjust their attitude and behaviors. They're causing the company to loose money. I'd fire them all except the two I mentioned.

This would be a good place to put a pharmacy because although they say they are a pharmacy they never have prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be ready. I stopped in on my way out of town to pick up my prescription but they don’t have it ready again. In the middle of discussing it they said it’s lunch time and just shut down the pharmacy. Right in the middle of talking to a customer. I guess I will go out of town for 2 weeks without blood pressure meds. Not a problem for them. They are the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Close this place down and open a pharmacy!

The pharmacy is THE WORST! I get the same medication refilled every 90 days. I call a week in advance to make sure they’ve ordered it. They will loe & says they will put in the order that day but It’s NEVER ordered until the day of. Then I have to wait an extra 3/4 days for it to come in.

5 stars is saying a lot considering past experiences I’ve had with the staff here. Yesterday I called to get a prescription filled to pick up before my commute to Charlotte today for work. I’m almost positive it was Christopher on the phone. So sweet and extremely helpful. When I went to pick up my prescription today it still wasn’t ready (which is typical service for this CVS). But Christopher was at the window and literally was a super star. His customer service skills are incredible and you could tell he wanted to help. He got my prescription filled right then and there. Christopher deserves the world and I really hope management does something to recognize his skill and does what they can to keep him around. Best employee this CVS has ever had.

I called CVS on yesterday on 3/26/21 to refill my my meds. I lady told me to it will be 2 hrs. I called on hour 4 still not ready and a very rude lady on the phone!!! So I was watching my app it was saying In process so after staying sick all night I went up to CVS to just get it this morning. Well guess what they haven’t even began to work on it! It took them less than 2 minutes to do it so I stayed sick all day because they couldn’t spare 2 minutes for me! This is a place I’m in a couple times a week and have the Carepass that they are so proud of! Not for long because if your employees can’t spare 2 minutes for me I can’t spend my money for yall😡😡

This is the worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. I was in Salisbury temporarily, so I couldn't use my usual pharmacy. Everyone in there is incompetent. They filled a necessary prescription for the first time and only gave a partial fill on my script without telling me, so I figured I received the whole thing. Well, when I tried to get the rest, once I realized I was short, they claimed that they gave the entire amount and could not refill until past a far off date. So I'm left without my needed medication. When I appeared in person, the person working said they were out of stock, which was the reason for the partial fill, and they did not reflect that in their records. They then told me I should go to the Walgreens across the street to get it transferred since they might have it in stock. Well, when Walgreens called to make the transfer happen, CVS dropped the ball again because they still did not correct their record-keeping mistake. So after a day of back and forward and being on hold forever, I spoke with the pharmacist, and they were claiming that gave the whole amount. Perhaps this store should be investigated from an external entity, because if they do with a first time customer; I would imagine they are doing this several other people. So, where are all the missing medication going?

The pharmacy staff are very rude and don't care to explain things. I usually get my scripts filled somewhere else but the medicine was back ordered so they suggested this CVS. When I called to inquire if it was ready they said "Too early to be filled" which left me dumbfounded. After some prodding I got her to tell me they just couldn't fill it today so getting it sent here was pretty pointless. I could have waited until the next day and just picked it up where I usually do. The other place has always been polite and helpful via phone.

This is the worse CVS EVER . Waited in the drive threw yes DRIVE THRU for nearly 30 minutes! Its like the person is in training at the window. You better check all your scripts you may get someones heart medication when you get a medication for bad breathe terrible terrible!

Waiting in drive thru is always long the people working in the pharmacy are slow sometimes rude. Never have my medicine ready on time. They need to open up another drive thru and get better staffing it is awful will be changing store for sure.

I uploaded photos to be printed last night and submitted my order. The email I got said they would be ready at 9am today. I was headed out of town today and wanted to take the pictures with me to give someone. I really wanted to leave town at 8am but was willing to wait until 9am to get the pictures. When I showed up to pick them up the lady working the front told me I might want to come back later because they weren't printed yet. I told her they were supposed be ready at 9. She informed me they no longer print the pictures before the customer gets there, due to pictures not being picked up frequently. I told her I was on the way out of town to which she told me I might want to come back by when I got back into town. I told her I was taking the pictures to someone so I might as well wait. I waited for the pictures to be printed and it took awhile. The pictures were chronicling a certain day and I was going to put them in order in a photo album...well their machine spits them out and mixes them all up. So then I had extra time trying to sort them all out to put in an album. Next comes checking out...the cashier obviously didn't know how to ring them up, as he tried multiple times with no luck. He finally called backup...and it still took several more minutes to ring them up. Bottom line...if you want to order photos, have them ready when they're supposed to be, and have them in order DO NOT USE THIS CVS FOR PHOTO ORDERS.

This is a joke! I had to move one of my prescriptions from Walgreen's to here. These are the most rude and arrogant people I have ever met at a pharmacy. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, too. I waited behind ONE person for 15 minutes just to pick up. The phone rang the whole time and nobody seemed concerned about answering it. They were laughing and having personal conversations while the phone rang away. I detest having to spend money at this store!

I have a prescription call in by my doctor yesterday (7-26-21). Came by today to pick it up (7-27-21), and the prescription is still not ready. Now I’m asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes on it. Nonsense and the customer service is terrible. Only let me say with certain colors of people you will get annoyed.

It took them 90 minutes to tell me they couldn't fill a prescription because the date was printed incorrectly. I'm no pharmacist, but it seems to me that they could have done that in 5 minutes or less just by taking a quick glance at the prescription. With another CVS on West Innes, and another in Rockwell, there's no reason for anyone to give their business to the unprofessionals that work here.

Was a "wonderful" shopping experience this afternoon (3/28/18) as my wife and I had to watch out for 2 kids literally riding their bikes through the store and leaving them laying in the middle of aisles for people to trip over. Sure was nothing said to them by any workers. I'll start going to Walgreens from now on for my medicinal needs. Sure is alot safer.

This is the WORST pharmacy that I have ever used. I called in advance to have my meds filled yet when I get there I still have a 45 minute wait time. They are rude and inconsiderate. I called to inquire about why my meds costed double than previous times only to get hung up on. I will NEVER use this place again.

I called ahead, said my prescription will be ready at 2:20, I uber there at 2:30 and now it's still NOT ready. Why tell me it will be ready and I plan a ride around then? now I paid that uber for nothing and have to pay for another one to get my antibiotics

Pharmacy here is the worst. Every time I call they act I am bothering them. They have a horrible attitude and I always have to do the work for them. They never want to help me find or locate information. Moved back and forth from Salisbury over the years and its always a pain.

Poor customer services. My mother had a experience with a cashier coughing. Although she had on a mask she made no effort to move further away from the customers. The cashier seem to smirk, she and others might think it funny but I do not find hundreds of people dying a day from covid 19 funny.

I was very disappointed in this CVS because most CVSs are very helpful. When my mother and cousin and I were waiting in line to pay, the cashier was having a full on conversation with the other person for about 20 minutes. I was truly astonished at this behavior, as most CVSs are perfect drug stores.

The worst store ever to get your medication my doctor calls my medication In they didn’t even have enough care to call to explain that they can’t fill the prescription because of no manger so I guess we are supposed to go without our medication which we need because of their lack of care for their customers and ignorance and when the mangers was their they are so slow you have to keep coming back and forth to only find out the medication hasn’t been filled that store need better management because nobody got the put up with this kind of Insubordinate This kind of behavior makes no kind of sense I hate going to this Cvs very unprofessional very very super slow I’m taking my business to Walgreen where they care about the customer 🤷🏽‍♀️
