First time going to this place and I’ll never be back. The staff was extremely rude and the price of their food is ridiculously expensive. It was almost $10.00 more a bag for the same bag of food that I get at another feed store.

This is the best farm supply in Rutherford County. With a large selection of supplies and equipment, the prices are very reasonable. The service is prompt and friendly. It is a great place to purchase home and farm supplies.

Very friendly folks running the store. Had bird seed I was looking for. But like a lot of local businesses they put a surcharge on your bill if you use a debit card. Not really sure why local businesses do this around here. Card fees are just a part of doing business in a modern economy where the use of cash and checks is becoming a thing of the past.

Not real happy with customer service I received. Spoke to 3 people in total, George being one of them. Was try to buy lime to spread on my field which they provide. First was told it would be 70 dollars a ton then two weeks later told it would be 75 dollars a ton. Received a call from George and he said he could if he didn’t get to me by end of week, would be first of following week. Two weeks almost went by, no call or nothing. Called two days in row about 330 pm and both times I was told that George was gone. First time they said he would call when he came back, never happened. Second time no call again. Called today and George answered phone and I questioned about my lime, he asked you going to be around today, I said yea but I’m calling to tell you never mind I got someone else to do it. He said he was sorry, that he had tried to call me but I didn’t answer. Not true. Needless to say got no use for farmers friend since they wasn’t to friendly for me.

Buyers beware. They do not make it clear about there return policies. Verbally ntold my husband that if the equipment did not work well with his tractor we could bring back for a discounted refund or trade. Gave us the run around, called several times and was told to bring it in to 'discuss' what we could work out just to be told owner George is not in several times we tried to come in then was finally told by George his the verbal agreement was basically a lie and they would not work with is. Bought for 1300$ and was willing with take a 50percent mark down loss. This morning 7/28/2021, George told us to bring it in and would talk trade, we show up and he just ghosted us when we get there then finally got ahold of him for him to tell us he would not uphold his agreement. Shady business and NOT friend ly at all. It is not our fought your employee told us we could test it and try it out and could bring back if need be. Then have you agree for us to. just to ghost us then go back on y'all word. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Will be then next place we call

Very bad place to buy any piece of equipment. Bought a bush hog for my tractor with a verbal agreement that if it was too big for my small 1990s Kobato, they would take it back. Went home, the attachment was do heavy to pulled my front end up on the tractor going up hill. Immediately called with my concerns and the older man said to puts weights on the front tractor and try again, did that and used it for 2 hours cutting the grass. The weight on the tractor help but still would pickup the tractor in the front end and it was very dangerous. Tried to get gold of George the owner about exchange or partially refunding me. He gave me to run around several times just to finally say he would only place on consignment for me and not refund or trade at all. The only reason I purchased was on the preface that I would get a refund or a trade-in if it didn't work for me. Straight lies.

Buy my deer 🌽 corn here. They load it in the car with out asking. At Walmart I have to find someone to load it then when I check out ask for someone to unload.into car. Much simpler here..
