Great customer service, very knowledgeable and eager to help. After a horrible experience with another groomer, Happy Tails took us in the very next day and made everything so much better. I have a 6-month-old puppy that they have groomed twice now. The grooms are perfect, and I am very happy knowing that I have Happy Tails as our groomer! Thanks so much!!

I’ve had multiple dog groomers from Petsmart to self-owned and Stephanie is the only one who can do it right. I’m very particular on who grooms my dog and she will always be the one who grooms him. She’s very good with the fur babies. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful job.

I took my dog to Happy Tails Dog Spa in Rural Hall, North Carolina, where the groomer, Stephanie, did an amazing job with my Border Collie. He received a haircut and a bath, and now he looks like a brand new dog. I hardly recognized him when I picked him up.Highly recommend using them for all of your dogs grooming needs

They did such a great job with my girl! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and they did an excellent job. This was my rescue dog's first grooming experience, so she was very nervous when I dropped her off. When I came back to pick her up, she was calm as could be. And she looks and smells wonderful! My fur boy needed a hair cut badly. No one in town was available. Then this place had a cancellation, and I was able to get in. They did such a fantastic job!!! I know he feels much better as well as he looks so adorable!!!! Thank you so much!!! I will bed a return customer.

I would give more stars if I could!!! I took in my sweet Maltipoo who looked like a dust mop. She had matting around her harness area. (Potting training @ 1 yr old - rescue) I had very little hope she could be cut into a cute style because of it. I picked up my baby and she is beautiful !!!! Great Teddy Bear cut in spite of the mats !!! Show dog cuts !!! Very professional. Immaculately clean. Friendly & courteous service in a short amount of time !!! This will be my go to place from now on !!!
