It's our small town grocery store that doesn't have the department store items to slow you down. It's a quick shop and go store. They have all grocery items that others do especially fresh fruit and veggies. With Food Lion being only two miles away, it's our quick pickup store with great prices.

Prices are unbelievably high is you don’t have their personalized card. I paid WAY too much for snacks. Customer service from cashiers could have been better, too. Clean though… good choice of magazines.

Worst day EVER as a shopper at this store! I work Instacart and needed help finding ONE THING, JUST ONE THING! Minute Maid drinks. It all started with me asking Parick in the meat department who told me he worked in meat department and hunched his shoulders and said he didnt know. I then asked Brandon on aisle 7 working juices he said "if it ain't on the soda aisle blah blah blah... I saw a young man JAY if he could help me and he STOPPED what he was doing and did JUST THAT! As I was checking out here comes Kelvin walking up front FROWNING AND SCOWLING at me saying "there is a whole display right there". He was wrong, not what I had inquired about. The store manager Todd has even been snippy with ATTITUDE with me. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE, these people seem like it is a bother to ask a question. I am shopping for YOUR CUSTOMERS!I must say through it all there is Brandon, Kelly (guy), Kellie (girl), Paula, Ann (deli), that ALWAYS stop what they are doing to help. It would be kinda nice of ALL your employees did the same.

How can you think this is ok to give to a customer? The guy working the deli at 3:15pm on 1/14/23 does. He should be fired. Such sloppy laziness. How hard is it to slice cheese? I guess when your career has led you to the deli counter, you lose motivation in life. Ridiculous.

This is a very nice local grocery store. The produce is very nice as well as the meats. I spoke with the butcher a number of times during my visit and he was so nice and accommodating. There were some really good sales on the meats this weekend that I found that I had to buy some of them. They also had amazing soda deals that I need to go back before the sale ends to get some more! I am very impressed with this local grocery store with what they have, how nice they are and the sales that they are providing.

There were 3 separate transactions. My boyfriend went first. Not a word from the cashier, not a “hey how are you doing?” Nothing. She just looked upset. Second transaction was for my brother. He held out his mvp card and she almost didn’t notice since she didn’t bother looking up to greet him. Then it was my turn. Not a word, nothing. It was three separate people and separate transactions to where something could be different. Three separate times to where she could have said hi or something. Her name is Payton. Absolutely horrible. God forbid she does her job.

Love how their produce is set up. It's spaced out instead of crammed together like some grocery stores. Easy to find what you are looking for. It's cleaned properly and the produce is always fresh.

I've been pleased by the price of lettus and other fresh vegetables, but they do not lable where these come from so I may stop buying them until I know. Romaine lettuce says Can/California so I was relieved. A large head for 1.69 is good.

I've used the online ordering and curbside pick up option here a lot since March. I drive from Louisburg. It's worked well. My instacart shopper has done a great job selecting produce, contacting me about substitutions, etc. The staff loading the groceries in my car are always masked, always congenial and courteous. I'm really grateful for this option. It's been a wonderful resource. I'll probably continue using this service.

This store has gone downhill. I’m finding many items at the Falls of a Neuse location are unavailable here. Yes cashiers are friendly but some others I’ve seen working here, not so much. One guy even smelled of marijuana and looked high. Where are the hiring standards? I have been a customer here for years but I will now take my business elsewhere.

Wish this food Lion was better! It's close to my house. However after trying to shop this location a couple times the store is always dirty and always out of a lot of items. I have been going to the wakeforest location which is a longer drive but at least the store is cleaned and don't seam to be out of as many items.

Have been shopping this Food lion a few times a week for going on 8 years now. Customer service used to be great, staff was friendly, smiling and anxious to help. Over last few months have noticed customer service has tanked, staff is rude and angry. Its unfortunate I try to go elsewhere now even of it means more money.

Not as modern as some of the other areas but the only food lion I like going in at this point. They carry some items you just can't find anywhere else. Very convenient to the community and staff is very friendly.
