Location is convenient being its right off The US 301 bypass. I hear so much complaining from Staff members, customers, and there a homeless problem in front both the entrances. I don’t know if it’s Walmart or the town, but the team members definitely lack on communication.

This store has an impressive layout and design similar to my favorite, IKEA. Although we usually go to a different location, this one is also quite nice. However, as a person with a disability, I am not a fan of using self-checkout machines since I rely on home deliveries. Unfortunately, this store's setup eliminates any chance of interacting with employees or creating a welcoming atmosphere. I understand that, ultimately, the store's profit is of utmost importance.

It was great! I found some fantastic bargains, such as good smelling candles, pillows, mattress beds covering, and a big bag of Epson Salt at a great price! And I was in and out with little to no wait at all!

I liked Walmart deli food. But this Walmart employee give me bad service. I pay full cup but they give me half cup. It’s bad money r time loses.

Worst store ever. I encountered a woman that demanded I show her receipt because one carton of drinks was only partially bagged. Forgive me I am not a bagger. She got irate with me as I did with her. They forget who is the customer and who is the employee. Thank you Sam for not making them work. I quit.

Not sure what’s going on in order pick up…. Called told the young man my spot number and an hour later simtill no order…So eventually fed up I go inside to the back and the manager says they only have one person working which again is true.My thing is if you know you can’t fulfil in a timely manner what happened to the line of communication. You could’ve called that’s why you all ask for a number. The nonchalant attitude from the managers are disgusting. Definitely going to RR for now on.

Hey I just wanted to make this clear, what sick of a human you have to be to get someone who just started get fired after two weeks?!?! Never talked to you, never disrespected you, HELL hardly KNOW YOU, and for someone who work as hard and wanted to have a career?! Left a high paying job to get slapped in the face. That is absolutely SPIKEFUL AND FULL OF HATE it’s disgusting. It’s childish to have zero communication, who tells someone to finish a conversation on a petty issue ur next shift…ok next day u work on ur last hour of ur shift and you get fired THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. Filing a FULL COMPLAINT ON YOU AND EVERYONE WHO IS PROTECTING YOU., such an ugly work environment this is. this is unbelievable.

I enjoyed shopping at this location. The store was clean and organized. They had what I needed. Nobody followed me as in racial profiling as if I'm gonna steal something. (that is a real deal breaker for me. I'll stop shopping somewhere for being followed). Staff were friendly. I'd choose this Walmart location over the local Target any day.

Wal mart has very poor customer service if the employees aren't harassing you they are ignoring you or on there phone they also don't speak I remember 5 foot rule you should speak they don't offer help nor want to help the nasty attitude should stay at home we the customer did not ask you to apply for a job you really don't wont

I had a pretty good experience today in Walmart it wasn't too crowded even though there was a the parking lot was full the checkout was actually very quick which I was happy about the customer service there with the people walking around were very helpful they checked the prices of what I had in my car when I asked I was very grateful they were kind something I'm not used to the only problem that I had was when I went to walk out of the store the lady tried checking my receipt but somebody purchased the items for me and my family to help us out with Christmas and the lady wanted to argue with me because I did not have a receipt even though everything was in a bag but otherwise it was a great day at Walmart

I'd like to give this store a pat on the back for the new reorganizing! Isles seem much wider and neater than before! Possibly add an employee driving a shopping cart to pick up old folks from outlying parking areas!

Nice Remodel. Signage and displays looked good. Everything looked clean and new.Produce section was half empty at 5:30pm.No wait checking out. What I wanted was in-stock.

Only had 2 lanes with cashiers, so the lines took 30 minutes to get through. Most of the lanes are all self check out now, but i can't see all that well, I'd rather go through the transaction with an actual person. Very busy store but it looked pretty clean & orderly considering they're still remodeling.

Customer service was nonexistent! Asked 4 different associates to get someone to unlock the fragrance case I had all my other items and just needed a bottle of perfume for a Christmas gift as I was on lunch break from work...all 4 associates assured me someone was coming to unlock and nobody ever showed up wasted my entire hour lunch and didn't get anything!

Amy in customer service was the best customer service representative I've dealt with in well over a year. It was busy but they actually had enough registers and self-checkouts open that it moved quickly.

They had no registers open today. It was very busy and everyone was forced to use self checkout. I tried to call and complain but there is no answer. I watched this elderly lady have to use self checkout and shuffle back and forth. It was just sad. I was in the line and checking out for around 30 minutes. This poor lady was already there and was still there when I left. Shame on you Walmart.

Went to get a oil change why do I have finger prints all over my car SMH though this Walmart is nicer than most they must have a theft problem I was followed while I shopped while I waited for my oil change/ my car is driving funny and I posted a picture of the sticker it says type of oil it says do not use I guess I have to find somewhere else to get an oil change hoping they didn’t mess up my car

It's extremely disorganized. In sporting goods, I had to move boxes out of my way because a whole aisle was filled with pallets. In men's, the shelves had lots of loose clothing items where customers have taken items out of their packages and just threw them back on the shelf. I understand the employees are trying to keep the shelves stocked but it's a hassle trying to move around pallets and find items in mixed up jumbles. Should have taken pictures.This is an update on 3/20/21. Here's some pictures of the clutter.

I am so sick of this place and their lazy no caring bad attitude employees and those that NEVER answer the phone. I called within the store and they are picking up the phone and pressing buttons then forcing me to hang up.And we ALL know why customer service is bad these days

The giant still walks the earth. It is a shame Wal-Mart has destroyed so many smaller businesses, but that aside, this store is stepping up their gam on cleanliness throughout the store. On the downside so much is moving

Can't find anything. Store is discombobulated. Employees can't help you. Don't blame them. Low wages do that to a person. Checkout is the worst. Self checkout always freezing and then at end won't give you a receipt unless you rate your experience. Which would be a ZERO if they had it. Won't be returning. Not worth the frustration of it saying online they have something, only to drive there, waste my gas and find they don't have it. BUT, they have a similar lower class version almost like it for a much higher price

Automotive , car care dept, sold me a battery that lasted about 4 months and I was unable to return it for a new one , I also brought a second vehicle in and they did not know how to change the battery,stated they had to take the windshield out, I will never return nor refer anyone to that Walmart
