Nope. Restrooms need to be remodel not even pressure washing would clean em up! Customer service from the floor employees is non existent. Didn't even speak when spoken to. Cheryl the cashier was obviously offended by my lack of donation & rude. Stores very unorganized. Carts are old some very dirty. I used my coupon and will drive east or south next time. Big lots down the rd was clean with nice folks!

I've been in the Rocky mountain store and the Henderson store I will say the Henderson store seems nicer and more organized you will come across some good deals some exceptional deals from time to time if you like books please check out an Ollie's store they have a large selection at a great price things you would not even think you can find including comic books

Ollie's gets 4 stars for having all kinds of "Good Stuff ". I never leave the store empty handed, or with an empty cart. I give Ollie's 2 stars, on a good day for neatness, cleanliness, and being shorthanded.

Ollie’s should teach cashiers how to run a line because if the sign says enter here common sense is that the people will enter and go to the next available line but that cashier on the 4th register furthest from the door a younger girl with a long ponytail on Saturday Dec 9th between 12-1pm keep yelling telling people to move down cause so much confusion and ppl being held up in lines and people that were behind them were getting check out first. Very nasty attitude from that cashier.

I love this store & could literally spend hours there until recently. This chain should be reported to the labor board, the employees are working 8 hrs a day in a store with NO AC...it's 100 degrees outside Ollie's expects them to prop the front door open & continue to smile through the sweat running down their faces. I emailed their "customer service" dept since its been out the majority of the summer and the reply was a lame excuse blaming it on COVID. Really???

You can sometimes find some real bargains at Ollies. Be sure to use your shopping apps on your phone to compare prices. Sometimes Ollies is cheaper, but some items might be better purchased newer. I like to come and see what’s on the shelves. The employees are always nice.

I always love Ollie's outlets, and this one did not disappoint. If you are looking for automobile parts to home goods and groceries at better than anywhere else that I have found. This place is a must stop and see. Enjoy your savings.

They need to do something about the building not having AC. It was 90° outside when my sister and I were shopping there this past weekend and we had to get out ASAP. If it got too hot for us after only 10 mins I can't imagine working there! I asked an employee how long the AC has been broken. I thought she was going to say days or weeks... SINCE DECEMBER!!!! It's almost December again! Get those people AC in this 100° weather they should be shut down.

OMG coming from NY Oliie's is the place to go for everything and maybe even the damn sink. No seriously I was like a kid in a candy shop. I wanted everything. Next time I come to visit I will bring an empty suitcase and take Amtrak back to NY. I loved it. Left out of the store smiling and dancing. Will a discount card/ rewards card and all.

There is nothing you cannot find in this store! It's impossible to go into this store for 1 or 2 items because of the deals you see you can't resist! Household items, hygiene, self care, books & bibles! I love this store! However I cannot give 5 stars due to the fact of how I witnessed the gentlemen working the register talk to an elderly women who didn't read the sign on the door for the exit he was very inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful to her.

Pretty grungy store that could stand a good scrubbing and organizing, but it is what it is. I've been in Ollie's that we're much nicer. I like to walk through Ollie's every now and then to see what they have, but I don't think this is a great location and I never really feel safe in that area.

I only stopped in for some Virgin Olive Oil but they were out. Somebody had come in and purchased all they had. So, I was outback .... The cashier was a man who was so funny with his "You, They and Me," expressions. He was very courteous and I enjoyed laughing with him. You know, "A Smile is worth a Million Dollars," especially today when people are so Stressed out, on edge and Living above their Means trying to keep up with the Joneses. If only people did what the Bible says, " Live a simple life and be Content with what you have," as we were admonished in the Bible at (1 Timothy 6:8), life would be so much better, - "What do you think!"Turtles!
