I loved that they have seasonal,along with rare and Clearence! The cashier Krystal was amazing,she helped me with getting the coupons and how to cut them...Most cashier's would have VOIDED and made me stand to the side,but she made me feel like I was the only person there! Almost like a VIP! Thank you again for all the help

Had to share of the wonderful experience with this location. Yes, we are in the midst of trying times when face covering should be done by all, but this location makes you feel like its a thing of the past. The aisles are clear and free from clutter giving you ample room to walk and get by other customers. The sale going on now is good which keeps you focused on savings and not the mask. The associates are very important to make you feel wanted and each one I engaged were nice and helpful and great at directing you to where an item is, not just pointing to send you to discover that you have trouble with following directions with wordsike right and left. I spent so much time I gained other ideas for other projects. Give them a try and unleash the creativity in yourself.

Sadly it is the only place within a 40 min drive to get fabric from where I live. The rudest customer service every time I go and that's at least once a month sometimes twice depending in what I need. They need more help and maybe then the employees will be happier. There is normally 1 person working the cutting fabric area and cashiering.They have good buys and I love the coupons but the people working there really need to learn how to be polite.

Joanns has a great selection of craft fabrics and materials to go along with it. I found all the things I needed to make a cake and some candy I made. So whether you are sewing something or baking something or anything in between you can find it at Joanns.

Today was my first time shopping here. I was excited to begin my journey of sewing again; however, I just paid a lot of money to be treated without care. Within 5 days I spent close to $700 but after the lack of customer service by this 1 associate today, I totally regret giving my business to them. I should have went with my first instincts and stayed with Hobby lobby and Walmart. It was recommended by a business owner in a class I took. She highly recommended JoAnns to all her students, but I doubt I recommend them to anyone. But I will tell about the negative experience. There was one who was AWESOME. Polite and courteous. That's why I gave some stars. Working in customer service myself, I know that's not the way you treat customers.

Stood at the register for 8 minutes waiting on the cashier. She's in the back of the store with another employee laughing and talking. She see me, I see her. We looked at each other several times. When I say this doesn't make any sense, then she wanted to come and check me out.

I'm super big on customer service! I've worked in customer service and held management positions so I absolutely respect people who provide a wonderful experience and I was given that experience here! Let me start by saying I was 1 of those last min customers running in the store about 15 mins before closing but I knew what I wanted. Was greeted with a smile, and after walking through I stopped a lady working to ask where I could find the item she walked me over to it and scanned it to check how many was available. I already checked online but it didn't specify a number. During check out, I apologized to the young lady for being a last minute customer and she was super friendly responded it's ok. Even helped me with a coupon. I didn't know what I was missing but this will be my first stop when looking for certain items.

Selection of fabric was very limited. Very little to choose from in the cottons. Bought 9 inches of 3 different fabrics all 3 were cut short. Not acceptable for quilting
