Customer service could be better. ALL Workers need to acknowledge the customer more courteously. Beer fridge needs adjusted to keep beer colder.

The place has really gone down hill fast ! They have a few really nice employees but for the most part they are women with attitudes and now that they have self checkout the place hardly ever has a register open. Plus i have bought meat there that is often rancid and when i go to return it they have a giant attitude like it's my fault and i wanted to drive 20 minutes back to the store and return it. I would recommend going to Williamstown or Tarboro if you have the option unless you feel like doing a whole cart of groceries at self checkout and maybe getting an attitude and rotten meat.

Corporate actually forces the employees to use the self check out ONLY in the mornings to increase use. Nobody is using them because they don't want them, get a clue. Now no registers are even open until later in the day, and then not many. Now you have to wait in line to ring yourself up, and for food lion prices. Time to go elsewhere. Left Walmart, now leaving Food Lion.

Great place! Helpful employees. Some of the best cashiers I've ever encountered.Update, this place is still awesome. Another update; this place is still awesome. Kind of ironic, over two years ago I applied for a job here, but was turned down for someone with more experience. This morning I had to check out my self with no help from their employees. Made me laugh. Still a great place to shop.

Great experience, I didn't see what I was looking for in the meat department. I asked the gentleman working in the department. I believe his name was Terry for it and he asked me how much I needed? Then he immediately got it for me. I love quality customer service like that because that makes me feel like you value my business. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience and for keeping from having to go to another grocery store.

This store is usually very well stocked. Even when there are really good specials. I'd also like to add that Destiny is a top-notch worker. She works very hard and always helps me get my groceries out of the cart to the belt. I look for her every time I get my groceries.

I made an order yesterday that was supposed to be delivered by noon. I have been updates on a later time all day. The latest says delivery by 4'30! I have waited all day for this delivery important delivery

usually good service, but today I got scolded by a stockwoman for trading out cracked eggs. If you don't want people to trade them out then why not leave a sign? or avoid stocking defective goods in the first place?

It's a food lion in a small town. Not much to expect. Nice, quiet. Never really crowded. I moved to Colorado 2 years ago and came back to visit my parents and found that the store's selection has expanded and improved some. My folks still shop there as well. Mostly South Creek High School kids work there.

Store is POORLY STOCKED AS IT HAS BEEN FOR AWHILE.It amazes me that a company with their own transportation fleet can't get stuff but a little independent grocery store that sells huge volumes is stocked when I go there.

Never been to a bad store even though not a real good meat selection at any of them. Can't beat the price I prefer this chain of stores to any of the others you really save money and there is always something on sale

Went to this place on a Monday morning. Didn't seem busy but when I walked in the 2 lines that were open were backed down the isles. I continued to shop hoping the line would die down by the time I was ready to check out. Went to the bread isle and the guy stocking the shelves was throwing the plastic trays down on the floor making an ear piercing bang as it slammed on the floor. Then he had bread laying all over the floor on the isle to where I couldn't get my cart down there. I hope it was the out dated bread on the floor. Then he looked at me trying to make my way down the isle and turned around and proceeded to continue what he was doing. So I said forget the bread for today. I made my way back to the cash registers and there was still two long lines there. Associates were walking around but not called to the registers.... maybe a bad day but obviously the store manager was in his office or somewhere. Worst shopping experience. I went across the street to Dollar General where I got in and out easy. And they are super friendly in there.

I love Food Lion they always have good deals on soft drinks and meats can fruits and vegetables always moster fresh I won't give them a bad name on anything because they always seem fresh to me just shot there and see remember your code so you get a bigger discount thank you for the meeting

I have 3 Food Lions just short distance apart. Robersonville store is always clean and well set up.Workers are friendly. Hot foods section could keep more fresh hot foods....
