Eden and Jane were two of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They helped me with my problems answered all of my questions and never once made me feel like a burden. This kind of customer service is the thing that will make this store as nice as it is.

Staff was so friendly when we low-fat my medication at home. They worked hard to contact my dr and insurance company to get me a vacation supply expedited by the very next morning. Can’t get over how helpful they were when everyone else didn’t really care about the situation at hand. The world needs more people like this!

The pharmacy is extremely slow and some of the pharmacy employees are rude and walk away from the window while I’m trying to speak or ask a question. They never tell me when a medication will be available for pick up, I have to ask each time how long it will take to fill. I asked the pharmacist a question about a medication once and he told me to “google it” and that is exactly what he said. They have promised to have a med in stock(rare name brand) each month and I agreed that I would use them each month to fill the medication and not fill anywhere else, as a favor for them having it in stock. They have time and time again failed to do this. This is a medication I cannot go without. They have let me drive off many times while they were to fill the order, only to tell me when I come back to pick it up that they do not have it. They should, and have told me they would, make sure the med was in stock before telling me when I could come pick it up. When I tried to explain these issues to in-pharmacy staff, they have been rude, have argued, and continually interrupted me during conversation. They have told me they did not have my medication in stock because I was on a new dose, which was not true- I have been on my current dose for many months.The store has some good sales at times, and the cashiers up front are nice, but the terrible service at the pharmacy completely ruins the business.

I'm appalled of your store in Robbinsville NC. I visited this evening, Sunday January 24th about 4:45 PM. One would expect that a place that sick persons go and likely those infected with Covid-19, would be enforcing their mask required policy that is clearly displayed on their front door. Of 5 persons in the store when I visited only two had masks on. AND THERE WERE TWO EMPLOYEE'S IN THE STORE!!!! One employee putting away stock didn't even have a mask nearby best I could tell. Then on my way out the door two of the non'maskers were standing right by the exit door talking loudly and were reluctant to move out of the way so I could exit. I DON'T FEEL SAFE IN YOUR ROBBINSVILLE NC STORE AND WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN! It appears that Walgreens is placing profit ahead of safety!

Not friendly enough....theres no need for masks!or any need for a harmful vaccination...radio complications major issue in county....clean and we'll stocked.

Prescriptions are kinda expensive compared to Walmart if you don't have insurance. Also not sure why this is in a bar listing. Maybe it's some kinda inside not mixing pills with alcohol thing I don't understand. Maybe it can be edited.
