The only grocery store in our small town. American owned- yes... but I've been to the one in Murphy, and there's no reason for the prices to be this high here in Robbinsville. CORPORATE is taking advantage of the fact that they have all the leverage. What happened to taking care of small towns? Apparently that's long gone. I only come to this one when I have to.

Visiting from out of town was unsure what to expect but was impressed in that it carried most items found in a large cities supermarket. People were friendly and helpful as well. They noticed we were not locals 🤣. An older store, however, clean and well stocked. Found groceries a little pricey however store Mgr was kind enough to sign us up for the store card which was helpful in cutting costs.

I went to purchase some chicken at Ingles this evening and the chicken looked like itd been frozen it had a yellow tint to it & glad i looked again before purchasing because it had gnats or ants or some sort of little black bugs in it. Needless to say i didn't purchase anything and probably won't in the future

I've been going to the Robbinsville Ingles almost every day for well over a year and the employees are awful, with the exception of maybe two. They lack simple people skills, they never greet, smile or engage in small talk. Nothing pleasant about shopping there! You all need an attitude adjustment!!!

Love this store best grocery and deli both hot and cold food store in murphy! They also have a pharmacy and a gas station. They sell beer & they sell wine they sell gourmet cheeses - boars head deli meat. there-salad bar is awesome. Also has hot soup on the salad bar marinated olives, mozzarella cheese, olives, pizza you name it! They havebakery with all the goodies I met a truly nice person working there today. Her name is DIXIE ( young girl all smiles and full of energy) one of the friendliest people. I’ve met while shopping in a grocery market. Keep up the good work!Best Store ever I would give them 10 stars if I could!We are very satisfied customers we will be back and we tell all of our friends if you want to go shopping for groceries or any other personal needs this is your one stop shopping store, clean and friendly people !Thank you

I had low expectations of a small town grocery store but they are well stocked on everything but fresh fish / seafood. The staff is wonderful. The deli needs a refresh and that staff needs training - they are super slow and not very customer centric

We stop here whenever we are visiting the area for all of our grocery needs. Our cashier today, April, was exceptionally helpful with finding the things we needed. We definitely recommend stopping here if in the area. Their line of sodas are very good as well!

Saturday October 21st, Ingles market was shockingly dirty. For a food market it is disturbing to find a decomposing mouse by the men's room door that has obviously been stepped over and ignored for a long time. The restroom was filthy. The Health Department needs to inspect and site this store as a health hazard.

I’ve lived here long enough to know that the restrooms are really dirty. The men’s room door has had the same vulgar graffiti on the outside entrance for at least 2 years. Customers, especially women and children deserve better. Please clean and remove this offensive space in our community grocery store.

The staff was helpful. We got everything we needed for our week in a VRBO that we couldn’t pack (or forgot) from home - rotisserie chicken, frozen hamburger patties, soy milk, eggs, sourdough bread loaves, cookie dough, bacon, and cocoa mix.The prices are higher than in towns that have multiple grocery stores, but not immensely so. The generic store brand was good quality.

10 cents off fuel for every $100 you spend is really a deal. Ingles has all these specials like avocados for 78 cents a piece but you have to watch the ads it's a great store!

Outrageously expensive, 30% more on many everyday items. Pricing is very inconsistent. Expired products. Dented cans. Empty shelves. Produce is marginal at best. Employees need better training. Unfortunately they are the only grocery store around. Update, September 23, 2022 this store continues to disappoint. Raise the price of beer by $2/ 12 pack then "lower" by $1 and call it a "sale"

Stopped to use the restrooms on our trip. We got lunch in side and drinks. Very clean and well managed store. People were very helpful. Never seen a clean store like this one, and well stock shelves before.

Being the only grocery store in a large radius didn't have much of a choice but to shop here. The deli food on the bar looks disgusting. We ended up getting fruit cups they look pretty good and fresh. Cashiers weren't too friendly. We screwed up oneof the self checkouts and they have to puffed at us.. perhaps they need some more customer service training

It’s the only game in town. They have begun to offer more variety in organic produce and vegan options. Lately they carry something new for awhile then it’s gone. (Frustrating.) Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is easily accessible. No Starbucks or gas here. This is in reference to the Ingles Market in Robbinsville. NC.

People were friendly but I’m giving it 2 stars due to their loyalty card system and confusing special sticker. 1. They have stickers that say “special”, but no other discount info. So why is it special? Most places have a reduced price but no, they just have a sticker with the word. 2. My loyalty card wasn’t with me, so I tried to type my number and it didn’t work. Ingles doesn’t allow me to use a guest card. So I have to pay full price because their system won’t connect me to my card number. I get having the loyalty card system because you entice people to shop with you, but don’t punish those that misplaced their card or don’t have one! Just decide what you want your price to be for all people. Or, let them use a guest card!

Not a bad grocery store, but not really a standout, either. They we're out of Nantahala Brand Breakfast Sausage when we were there. It's good sausage, so I can understand why they might be out. In Robbinsville, they have a monopoly so they don't need to work too hard for their clientele.

We are visiting the area and stopped by to pick up groceries for the week. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. A nice man also let me borrow his card so I could get the deals offered.
