I had to pick up a prescription here today instead of at my normal location. I’m next in line when a lady walks up to the consultation window. Mercedes let’s the pharmacist know that there’s someone there and then instead of helping me (fever, flu, coughing, and making others uncomfortable) she tells me to wait and begins to answer the other lady’s quest Although I had been waiting there and she obviously was not the pharmacist. This goes on for about 15 minutes. I told her that this was not ok. I’m standing here first with fever and the flu. Why couldn’t her questions wait? She didn’t respond she continues with the lady and blows me off. And to beat it all she is going over a long list of medications and actually ordering this lady’s meds and neglecting me. Finally another attendant shows up and helps me. But Mercedes please know that your rudeness and unprofessional attitude was noted.

I am a college student who mainly relies on my school’s pharmacy to get the prescriptions I need, however, over holiday break I needed a prescription filled. Obviously going to my usual pharmacy was out of the question so I had the prescription transferred here. The prescription apparently was so difficult to understand or process to these people since it took all day, and they proceeded to close down the store without notice or warning thereby delaying my access to medicine that I need (closing before 5PM) For the love of God please stop wasting your time and money with these people. You are better off at literally any other pharmacy in the county.

Walk-in at pharmacy is always slow… I could die before getting my prescription. Use the drive through… they are very professional and fast.

Do not have your prescriptions here. They are not reliable with filling prescriptions. The lines and wait is always unreasonably long. Today they closed the pharmacy before 5 so when I go to pick up the prescription they promised me for today I couldn't get it. And this is causing problems for me.

The closing person decided to Lock the door before 1130pm. I personally saw 7-8 cars come and check the door then leave.

I ordered 11×14 canvas print earlier today and I came to pick it up and it wasn't in the system at all. I'd been waiting all day to pick it up. Kaneisha in the photo department went above and beyond for me and i still received my canvas print!! Thank you so much 💓 you made my day.

The staff here has always been professional, polite, and is quick as possible when it comes to helping customers. The pharmacy is on point as well and the line moves quickly both inside and the drive-thru.

Total incompetence! The pharmacy staff is a malfunction junction. Can’t get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Don’t keep standard medications in stock. Understaffed. Staff is rude and sarcastic. Sometimes the line inside is 10-12 deep. Had been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years. After my most recent experience there I transferred all my prescriptions elsewhere.

The staff are courteous and friendly. However I am transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The pharmacy is so understaffed that you have to wait a half an hour to get your prescription even though it is ready and you only have two people in front of you.

Getting denied service because the staff doesn't understand out of state identification cards. I'm a fully grown 34 year old who has identified herself as the card holder but the untrained staff and manager disregarded it like "oh well, we can't help u" without knowledge that I load there all the time with the same out of town id.

I witnessed an upset customer who was very rude to the pharmacy cashier. I've never been as impressed as I was with how well Mercedes handled the customer's verbal attack. She was so calm and pleasant and very helpful. Mercedes is an asset to your company!🤩

Gonna be changing to a different pharmacy. Waited in drivethru 20 minutes twice. It never moved except people backing up and leaving. I went inside. There was no one in line. Cashier was on the phone, so i waited. She finally got off the phone and told me she would be with me in a minute. I stood there still waiting while she walked away and i gave up. I need my medications for asthma. I will never go to this Walgreens ever again. They are clearly understaffed, maybe they need new management. But they need to do something! This is ridiculous and i still don't have my meds

I finally gave up and moved all my prescriptions to CVS. Waiting 20-25 minutes in the drive thru line to get your meds is normal in the evenings and I just don't have the time to waste. It's been like this since I moved here last summer and hasn't improved. Making it to the front of the line to have them close their blinds and put a "Closed 1:30-2:00 for lunch" didn't really help either.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Do not go here for prescriptions!DRUGCO PHARMACY IS THE BEST!!!!!I work for a Doctors office and I have never had to wait so long to call in a prescription for someone in need! I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone as far as pharmacy goes! This is not the first time I’ve had to hold for over 25 minutes to call in a prescription either! Staff as well was not friendly at all nor apologetic for the wait!

I don't even know why i still deal with this pharmacy. They disappoint me everytime. Everytime i come here i always have to wait so darn long for prescription to be filled.I come to pick up a prescription for my son that was sent well over an hour and still wasn't ready. Mind you, i do not stay close by. New pharmacy me please!!!

We waited in drive thur for over 20 minutes so we went inside then had to wait 20 more minutes just to be told they didn't get refilled request i called in the night before for my son's medication. So had to wait almost 30 more minutes crazy will be switching to drug co.

Walgreens is garbage anywhere and everywhere. I had sincerely hoped that it was limited to my home state but when we visited here, the pharmacists were entirely unhelpful and after pulling away we realized they wrote on the bag that they didn't have the full prescription, and would order it later. They didn't tell us when we picked it up, and charged us the full price anyways. Drug Co, Wal-Mart and Rite aid are just as close so I suggest using those if you have to fill a prescription. Walgreens is playing with people's lives and prescriptions. Also, that pharmacist thought we didn't see her throw her head back and sigh the second we pulled away but we did. Sorry we asked her to actually do her job.

Staff is rude. Walter for over an hour for pen needles then was told they were trying to get authorization when I had refills on it already. I spoke to another associate and needles were right on the counter already refilled. That same older lady is rude and and make you wait out of pettiness. She'll.

Overall rude employees. No one is at the register and employees bypass lines by having their friends ring them up while customers wait. Very rude cashier at the pharmacy and instead of finding someone to assist she went on her merry way.

Deb Hale is the best she knows everything about the store and where it is. She will stop whatever she's doing to help and she's nice about it even know she was busy doing something when you stopped her.

Horrible pharmacy...left a prescription was told it would be an hour to fill. Came back two hours later and was informed they do not carry the medication. I was also told to tell my doctor not to write a prescription for that medication anymore. Then the pharmacist walked away and would not answer any questions. ..horrible would not go there

This is the second year I have ordered my Christmas photos from this walgreens and it has been nothing but problems. I was even charged twice. and still have NO PHOTOS!!! Avoid this Walgreens!!!

They never answer the phone and when they finally do they hang up on you. I have been calling for hours. This is not how you run a business. What is so hard about answering a phone? It is beyond me. Beyond dissapointed on this sort of customer service and this sort of management.

Whoever is answering the phone calls at the pharmacy dept this afternoon and evening (8/14/19) hangs up right after picking up. Poor customer service. I'm moving my prescriptions to CVS.

Nice place to get makeup its organized and the lady at the makeup counter is just the best!!! She makes my day every time I go in and she is so nice and freindly always smiling!!

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 12 FOR THE COVID VACCINATION...115 I AM STILL WAITING...SMH I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOU ARE EVER IN A HURRY. EVEN TO PICK UP A PERSCRIPTION ITS A MESS HERE..SMH

My husband and I have been in line for 20 minutes and only 1 car has been waited on. They are severly understaffed. Get with it Walgreens.
