Will never allow Lowe's Home Improvement to install another counter top for us. They send out a bunch of mouthy crack heads set up right next to the open garage door instead of anywhere in this huge yard and get dust all over a customers 7 thousand dollar rug that’s rolled up in the corner then want to run their mouths when we say something about it. 9k for these idiots to install these countertops and this is what we get. Lowes Home Improvment we spend 6 figures a year on cabinets (that you somehow consistantly screw up), countertops, appliances and many other construction materials. I think we will carry our money elsewhere moving forward

Lowe's has a plethora of home goods for almost any DIY brief. They have an abundance of buggies and motorized shopping baskets for those having difficulty navigating through the warehouse while on foot. With great pricepoints and excellent customer service, this has got to be one one of their best locations on the eastern seaboard.

We come here all the time. Since it is short staffed don't count on finding someone right away. But they have great discounts and the people are nice.

Store Saw is still broken. It's a simple panel saw with a safety interlock. If the store lacks the talent to fix it, how accurate or trustworthy is their advice on anything that really matters? And when the employees' bad attitude (including the supervisor(?)) are added into the mix it doesn't make for a fun experience. Maybe we should reach out to the orange store to come to Roanoke Rapids and show Lowes what customer service is all about. Thanks, Lowes, for ruining a 3-day weekend.Side Note: All "Owner response" are almost exactly the same. As are the complaints. Do they actually care and try to correct the problems or is it a canned response to hopefully appear like they care. I will return and if the saw is still broken, I will continue to leave bad reviews.Owner's reply appears to be an A.I. response. What I read was: "We don't care enough to have a real person address the issue."Follow up: Visited last Saturday and the saw was still not fixed. They had not even put in a work order to get it fixed. Lowes really cares, NOT.

The reason for the rating was because one lady was doing her best to ring up a long line in the lumber department, the other register had no one using it and 2 employees leaning against the wall.

No matter when you go , not sure if the staff just lazy or they don't have the skills to repair their equipment, perhaps it is easier on them , but no matter the day the in store saw to have ply boards cut is always out of service. Definitely need a different hardware in Roanoke Rapids.

The manager and the customer service team member refused to give me a store credit for a return. I was told that they couldn’t return without a receipt. My mom works at a different location in Virginia so I know that isn’t true. My husband and I have a lake house and spend thousands of dollars at this store. We will drive to another location.

they never have a checkout lane open. it's entirely self-checkout now. the people who monitor the self-checkout act like police officers, which is embarrassing for anyone who works for a corporation. and there's this old man who works in the hand tool area who is always in the way and talking to you when your posturing suggests being left tf alone. prices are too high and nobody wears masks. plus, mouth breathers. 0/10. rather get covid than go in here but at least i can get covid by going in here.

Bought a dewalt cordless saw from here cut 1 board with it and it quit working returned it to the store for repair they said 7 to 9 weeks turnaround time I waited 8 weeks and went to check to see if it was fixed I had to talk to 5 different people and explain 5 times what I wanted after 40 minutes they told me the saw had never been sent out for repair it had somehow been forgotten will never go back to the Roanoke Rapids store

Usually well stocked but good luck if you need an employee. Waited for 25 minutes at carpet cutting machine. Asked 5 different employees and had assistance paged for twice before giving up.Checking out there is 4 employees hanging out at one open register with 3 other family/friends like it's a social gathering. Cashier named Mya gave me attitude for questioning why no one could assist at the cutting machine. Apparently the one employee qualified to use the machine was unavailable.

This store is terrible ! Horrible customer service and so disappointed in Lowes.I will not shop at this store again! I will definitely go to Tarboro. The Front End has the best customer service hands down and very very friendly associates/managers. Every department I went in last night everyone looked no one even spoke. I’m not asking to be pampered but the least you could do is acknowledged the customer. I waited in Tool World for 20 minutes and I even knew what I wanted. I have visited the store twice and both experiences were terrible but during both Front End always made up for it and made it the best. So 10/10 to the Front End you rock!!!! Thank you to our cashier s1815EFR and the older African American woman at customer service last night and their manager up there that helped unlocked our ring!!!!!! But the rest of the store needs some evaluating and coaching.

Never let me down yet. Tellers at check out always nice and courteous. Hard to get help from alot of different departments. But when you get them for help they usually are able to help and give you advice on your project. It just most of the time it takes awhile to get that help. They have a good assortment of things.

Cashiers are rude management is rude. I've stood and listen to managers being page over the intercom and hear then laughing and saying they not going somebody going to have to figure it out. Debating about who should go or if its worth going to see. Another customer was beside me and explain an incident that happen a month ago she was buying flowers and muluch and it took someone over 30mins to show up to load her products. Disgraceful that Lowes allow these type of people to work for them. Understand why my family goes to Home Depot. Won't be shopping here again and definitely won't be recommending anyone.

We ordered a new refrigerator with delivery. At the time of the order we were told it could be delivered 4/15/23 but we were going to be on vacation until 4/22. We scheduled the delivery to 4/23 and we received a call from Lowe's on the 4/22 reminding us of the delivery and a window from noon to 4pm.We called the location where we made the purchase at 3pm to verify it was still was going to be delivered. We were told it was on the truck and they may be running a little late. At 4:15 we called the dispatch number and we were told it was not on the truck and it hasn't even made it to the warehouse.I had dismantled our old refrigerator and had it ready to go out the door. We sat around waiting for over 4 hrs waiting for the delivery.Next time I will give Home Depot a try.

I had bought special light bulbs to go with a ceiling fan I also bought from lowes. They were the wrong size. I tried to return them and get the right ones. They would not return or exchange them because I bought them more than 90 days ago. I was purchasing a house I knew had to be remodeled. I purchased multiple items each month and held them till repairmen could do the work. The electrician just put up light fixtures this week. I have spent thousands at lowes to replace windows and other things in this home. I was going to buy paint and flooring. I will find it somewhere else. I never intend to spend another dime at Lowes. 🤬

Well stocked, friendly service and new self checkout lanes. Could use more help.🤔. Do offer military discount but you have to register online at website prior to making any purchase. Would not try calling to talk to someone over the phone because after four attempts with no success I just went to the store. Plenty of parking 🅿️, handicap parking & motorized carts and well lite. They do have delivery service for certain items as well as removal service.

Lowe's is great for many things & I love shopping for plants here HOWEVER, I wish they would train their staff how to care for the plants. They water indiscriminately, instead of taking into account what the plants need, and this can cause issues with cacti and succulents (and other plants). I found some great things here, but some were soaking wet and don't need much water.

Purchased a LG refrigerator from the store 5 years later compressor needs to be replaced, the company has no concern that no one in this area works on products that they sale once they have your money it’s like oh well contact manufacturer. No one goes over and beyond to help their customers anymore so sad I’m not looking for a handout just help.

My wife and I arrived at the store today around 11:30am to purchase paint. We patiently waited for assistance after two intercom pages for help to no avail. It appears the paint department employee started their lunch break at 11:30. I have never experienced this at Home Depot or at other Lowes locations. Just a heads up to future customers traveling into Roanoke Rapids to purchase paint at Lowes during the lunch hour.

Lowe's is the place to buy anything you want for your house 🏡 and the price is very reasonable and staff are amazing they treat you like family, I recommend Lowe's to everybody they got something for all your needs so stop by and check it out you want be disappointed I shop there all the time they got everything for your home and for the outside also
