It was nice. It seemed to be clean. It was well set up. The employee I asked a question of was very friendly. The prices for me at least were comparable to where I could shop back in Virginia. I was hoping for more of a discount.

We are on vacation at lake Gaston and I needed an electric can opener as the mechanical one at the house defeated me. Since the store was 15 miles away I called to make sure they had one before I made the trek there. The guy went to check and reported back they did and even told me the price. So off I set to buy it. Upon entering the store I was standing looking around trying to see where it might be based on the aisle signs. A guy asked if he could help me find something. When I told him an electric can opener he said, oh I brought it up front for you. Just come to the checkout.I am super impressed with this customer service. The store is located in Roanoke Rapids, NC

My visit was great. Shopping was easy, because the shelves were well stocked, selection was good. The prices were reasonable. I found a product that I use and it was halve the price that I pay at most places, that truly sold me over. 😊 The store was clean and neat and the cashier, Kisha was very friendly and professional.

worst experience ever!! went to purchase furniture and the guy working in that department was extremely unprofessional, when we greeted him, his shoes were off and he was looking at his phone. Did not greet us, made it seem like we were a bother. No conversational or people skills. When we went to load the furniture, there was NO HELP, didn't direct us on where to go, put the furniture outside and went back into the store. No, have a great day or anything. HE WAS HORRIBLE! spent to much money, to have a disgusting experience such as that one.

This store has come a long way from what it was like a few years back. Shelves are organized and prices are visible. Plus staffing is much better. Really wish they would increase the furniture section by a few feet so it is easier to try out pieces.

Wow! Had not been in the Roanoke Rapids store in a while and what a change! Clean, neat and well stocked.I used the online/ store pickuo and it was great. Salesperson even saw me as I came walking up to the line, remembered I was there for pickup and called for another salesperson to come help me! Great service!

Nice furniture but I paid for the livingroom set 10/13/21 today is 11/27/21 called the store still have no idea when it's going to arrive so I've been in my apartment for a month and and 14 days with nothing to sit on. Maybe January

Went to purchase summer items that were on clearance, but a cashier that worked there bought most of the items. She was checking out as I was walking in....almost cleared the shelves!!

I have 2 bad experiences. They were not tgat expensive so i didn't take an iron back. It lasted about a week. I didn't take an extension rod back. It never extended.
