Wile I hope it is not the normal business practice. I had half a day of my life wasted here. Spoke with man and told him i needed to buy a small tractor, to remove stumps from a cpl acres of land i recently bought. He said they had what I needed, that they can get me approved with 0 down. Payments 250ish per month. Drove hour there, looked at the the options picked out a tractor. Explained I'd rather pay at least 10% down, and double the monthly to pay off faster. Told them my transition score is 650, they said that should be no problem but i would have to wait and speek with their financial specialist. I waited, spoke with him. Guy did not listen to anything i said run application for 0 down, lowest payments, longest term financing. I was of course denied and had my credit score dropped 30 points instantly. These people will lie to get you in the store. Then lie as your spending money waiting on the "finance guy" and damage your credit sending in applications with different terms than you requested. Not sure but believe i was treated this way solely because I am a long haired native who looks poor. Work close, dirty boots, bandana. If you work for your money like i do, don't wast your time here. They are bad people with only greed in mind.

All the folks at Big Apple were as nice and friendly as can be! They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and even showed us how to properly operate the mower we got. I highly recommend Big Apple!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We went to purchase a Cub Cadet mower, but needed some information. They were very knowledgeable and we left with a riding mower in the back of the truck. They even had a sense of humor 😏

I’ve started ordering chemicals for my apple orchard from “Big Apple.” Good response time when I requested a quote by email. Fair prices and friendly service. Same for 8 gallons of driveway cleaner I ordered just the other day.

Nice selection of horse supplies which is what I was looking for. Prices are very good. Staff was extremely friendly! Not much selection for woman's clothes, they have much more for men. Really good assortment of items for garden, etc. Will definitely go there again!

I love this place! Feels like the old time hardware stores that had everything. I get parts for my sthil equipment and get chainsaw blades sharpened. The service is outstanding and everyone is so nice. I bought air filters for several weedeaters and chainsaw and a pair of boots today.

The folks working their were fantastic. I was using my truck to haul some seed for my father's farm. The folks had the order ready when we got there. Gave us time to piddle around in the store and brought our order our front so we could load.The store, by the way, was great. From farm tools, boots and clothes, pet supplies. Everything you need for farming and a little fun! I had a great time!

I took my chainsaw in for repair inwhich I have an extended warranty on the equipment. They kept it for a month. Finally, telephone me to say it was fix and ready for pick-up. When I arrived a service associate brought me my chainsaw with parts missing and will not cut on.After, they saw the equipment malfunction they asked me to leave it and expect a telephone call from the service manager. I never received that telephone call. Therefore, I telephone Big Apple to find out the status of the service order. Their excuse was, we are short handed and just fired a service technician. They do not know what service technician was responsible for working on my chainsaw but, yet they refuse to honor the extended warranty to replace or repair the equipment.I refuse to take my chainsaw without all the parts. I will be seeking legal advice to get this matter resolved.By the way I never got to speak to a manager. The store sales associate did not care to resolve this matter to customer satisfaction. I was very disappointed on how I was treated.

This place is awesome. I used to go to Ace Hardware for all of my obscure shopping. This place has footwear, shovel handles, jars for canning and metal buckets. My new favorite store.Mr Apple's the best!My new work boots and I got my son a pair of Justin's.

THE SERVICE IS OVER THE TOP!!!!! Big Apple is 2 miles further than the franchise or chains. Whwn you shop there, you are supporting a local merchant. Even if I am running an errand and need to go get something, i always look forward to going to thr Big Apple, never does it feel like an errand. I must give a shout out to Big Apple because one can feel they care about the customer and their store. Not only is big apple a cool destination, it has a great selection. [City folk... it is worth the road trip to see and enjoy] Clothes, feed, farm equipment, tools, pet items and some and general merchandise (garden, home and impulse purchase items) are all nice.It definitely has a good selection for livestock, bees included, and cool western gear for the horse hobbyist or enthusiast. I found their prices were comparable to other stores (sometimes even lower...). Bug Apple has the service and selection and it is also a fun destination just for kicks

Bad experience. Ordered fencing, paid by phone. Had guys here late afternoon to put up fencing but it never arrived. Called store at 4:30, was told they came out and called, but no one answered. I never got a call, dogs never barked that anyone was here. Was told to hold on, girl came back and said they called but number disconnected. It wasn't. Said they'd bring it out right now. I live 2 miles away. Waited, waited, never showed. Called first thing this morning, guy said they brought it yesterday. I said, no they didn't. Came back to phone and said they took it to (address) yesterday evening and dropped it off. I informed him that was not my house. They went to where they left it yesterday and brought it over, but we're short by 2 clamps, so had to go by store to get those. Not once did anyone apologize. I try to shop local, but won't be shopping here again.
