I found myself a victim of false accusations. The manager, Valerie, accused me and my cousin of stealing, when in fact we did not. We asked to see the cameras and she said she’d have to charge us if she did. She says that we left with a whole new outfit, but refuses to check the cameras. I even showed her proof with timestamps that prove that I had it before I came in the store. I had no bag on me, no way of stealing, and we would never steal. Valerie proceeded to follow me and my cousin around the store for our whole shopping experience. It was very uncomfortable as well as unwelcoming. I should add that she did not follow anyone else, and even when we asked her to stop she continued. We then brought our moms up to talk to her about it and she made us leave because we were “causing a scene”. I really enjoy shopping at Goodwills because it’s fun to find something more my style, but this is ridiculous and unprofessional on her part.

I went into goodwill with my friends yesterday hoping to look around and shop only to be harassed, followed around, and accused of stealing by the manager Valerie. My friends came in again without me today and were again followed around and harassed. Even after showing the manager proof that we had been wearing the clothes before we came in the store we still continued to be disrespected and accused. My friends left without an apology and were told not to come back without any proof we had done something wrong. My friends and I go to this goodwill often and I feel that they were racially profiled today and I am very disappointed with goodwill.

This Goodwill sucks!! Overpriced junk. Everything ya'll get is donated, so the fact you got prices as high as they are is crazy to me! Do better Goodwill.😡

Good people helping good people. Donate what you can and save money on items you need. Always a friendly face to greet you at the door as well as someone in the back to help you carry donations. Give it a try. You might just make it a habit.

Went in today with my son and his fiancé and my grandsons. We proceeded to put them in a cart so they would not be running all over the store and an old lady working smarted off about them being out in the cart. Then while we were shopping, she decided she needed to say something else in regards to them in the cart. Yes I said my piece before leaving. Will not return.

Hands down the worst Goodwill we have ever went in. Dressing and bathrooms always locked. Never have a buggy to shop with but there's twenty sitting in the back. Prices are really marked up compared to other Goodwills. Evidently they need to hire a manager to run this place.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give less and post this review. I waited 15 min at the register for a cashier to check out. She came only after I went to the back and had someone "find" her. Upon her arrival she was very rude with an extremely BAD attitude. She also didn't care enough about how she represented the company which employed her to remove any of her many piercings before coming to work. The merchandise I wanted to purchase is still the store. After the wait and all of the attitude it just wasn't worth it.

It was a terrible shopping experience, and because of the outbreak, their fitting room was closed. You can't understand the size of clothes correctly when shopping. When I returned the size that I could not wear to the store, the salesman told me that It could not be returned. I am very sorry. No one tells you when you buy it, you can't return it, and there are no warning signs. I knew goodwill had a low price, but it was never a question of money. It's hard to imagine that you can't return something without being told in the US. Good Will in other areas has a seven-day return period. But this one doesn't. Never come here again！！！！！

Not just this location, but Goodwill as a whole has become a rip off. Donations are at all time highs and prices keep going up. Doesn't make since. Today I tried to buy a tee shirt on a 1.99 rack. It rang up at 3.99 and the explanation was that it was a short sleeve not a tee shirt. What's the difference? And if there is a difference why was it marked as 1.99. Get it together Goodwill.

Friendly staff and great selection but the pricing of clothing is beyond frustrating. They have color coded tags but apparently it has nothing to do with pricing. You don’t know the price until you get to the register and then I’m bummed when its too high and have to put things back. Wish they would fix it so it’s easier and you know what you can afford

DON'T SHOP THERE!!! Overpriced items compared to other goodwill stores. DVDs are a dollar higher. Got charged regular shirt price for t-shirts. Clerk wouldn't make it right. Messaged Goodwill headquarters on line, haven't got a response. DON'T SHOP THERE!

Really nice staff at this GW location. I have found lots and lots of gems here! Most GW’s don’t have that good of a selection nowadays but this one sure does :)
