My son called to check on application and the store manger Adam was rude and hateful. Actually yelled through the phone and hung up. Yea it was around noon and honestly could have been handle differently. So I went inside to address the issue ⚠️ and lets say he wasn't nice at all. No wonder nobody wants to work at that location.

Food is either too done (burnt) or not completely cooked (still frozen or cold). New pizza’s are great dealing on who’s makes them some are perfect others barely have red sauce on them or a ton of cheese or both. Seem like some don’t even want to bother making the food

I wish there was a button press on the app or on the drive-through to let them know that I’m here to pick up my Omar order or else I will be waiting outside the window for 20 minutes or until someone comes through in order on the outside machine

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sat at 1st drive thru window for 15 minutes. At least 4 people walked past without even stopping to take my payment (many were on their phones, not doing anything). One girl looked my direction and saw me sitting there yet still did not do her job. Even a shift supervisor ignored me. Person behind me got mad and started honking, they were also fed up and trying to leave. The same girl from before walked past again into the drink making area, looked back, and gave me a dirty look because I was sitting there trying to wave to get somebody’s attention so that I could get my food. Ended up leaving after wasting my time and my gas, still hungry with no other food options because McDonald’s (my original restaurant of choice) was closed. As a former employee of sheetz I know this is not how I was trained to treat customers, and corporate needs to do something about this store. If they were busy, I would’ve understood but the parking lot was empty when I got in the drive-through line and the person in front of me got their food and payment in a prompt manner.

Waited in the drive through line for over an hour. People behind me somehow got there food first. And everytime I come there always out of a lot of food. I do not recommend anyone to go here

Nice with the extra cheese and chili. They never get it right anyway I just figured if I order extra I might get the normal amount. Nah I got less. Great job Randleman, NC sheetz.

I came in with an issue with my order, manager Adam said he can’t do anything and the reason they don’t answer phones there is because they stay too busy. Not only this, but he was extremely rude. You would think as a manager you would hold yourself to a higher standard and respect all customers. This man laughed in my face and then carried an attitude. I don’t believe a manager should behave this way, and it’s a shame sheetz allows this behavior.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a grilled cheese. When i got home there was ketchup on it and i know for a fact i didn’t press any condiments. I called the sheetz 20 times and got no answer so i drove back. The manager adam was very rude as soon as I pulled up. I told him there was ketchup on it and he took it from me and walked away. Came back and said “well you ordered it so i can’t do anything”. You couldn’t just remake it? I asked if the number is wrong on google and he said “we’ve been busy we don’t answer the phone”. They were not busy in the drive thru or store. He had attitude and was just all around rude to be the manager. very entitled.

This is the worst sheetz I have ever been to. I will never be returning to this place. Horrible costumer service. I ordered food at one of the kiosk and went to pay up the front, the women that was there completely ignored me and just stood there doing nothing so I went to the self checkout. I waited for 40+ minutes for my food only to find out the girl never made it and I politely asked if she knew when my food would be ready. This girl gave an attitude and said I don’t know what order you’re talking about and I showed her the receipt and she started to get mad saying that I should go ask the front. They never game me my money back and I just left. Do not come to this place . These are one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. You will be better off taking your money elsewhere. Can’t believe I work so hard all week just to throw my money in the trash like this.

I placed my order 30 minutes before even getting to the store and then waited for an hour for them to even start making my food. There was several other people that had also been waiting for an hour or two hours. They were making orders for people who weren't even in the store any more because they were tired of waiting.The store was also filthy and not stocked, the ice cream machine is never on.

Me and my sister came through the drive thru and waited at the first window for over 10 minutes. After waiting we decided to pull to the second window and continued to wait another 15-20 minutes. When the older man finally came to the window he was very rude about us not continuing to wait at the first window. And then messed up our order and forgot to give us one of our drinks. I do not suggest this sheetz after around 9pm bc this worker was very rude and works most night shifts.

The fuel prices are pretty good and definitely competitive with the other gas stations in the area. Employees were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and organized. The restrooms are usually fairly clean ( although sometimes it cant be a little bit rough to put it mildly). They have decent prices on adult beverages and energy drinks. I will definitely shop here again.

The employees who work in the kitchen need to actually do their jobs. They never pay attention to customers and will have you sitting there for 15+ minutes before starting on your order. This has happened several times to my husband and once to myself.

By far the worst sheetz I've ever been to. Cooler wasn't stocked with any drinks, they were all behind the drink racks, no cups for the fountain drinks, food took forever, and probably the nastiest bathrooms I've seen in a while with no soap in the dispensers.

Great gas station store, friendly staff but if you have any plans in the next 24 hours, do NOT order any food. The first night was tolerable, my boyfriend and I both ordered a burger and his was relatively quick but mine took a good 10 minutes more, which I normally would never react so strongly about but we were literally the only customers there and the employees preparing the food spent more time laughing and cutting up and not paying attention to the orders coming in whatsoever.Tonight however was 10 times worse then the first night. We waited almost 45 minutes for two BLT sandwiches . There were two ladies in front of us and no other customers. Once again the employees were giggling and joking around and got annoyed when we asked about the wait time. Very unprofessional and not worth the wait. Very disappointed with how we were treated/the quality of food. I am a huge fan of sheetz and have many stellar things to say about them. But the randleman location is just a big fat disappointment altogether. They should take the restaurant section out to widen the store because at this point it's nothing but a waste of space.

Go to the Sheetz in randleman and order a breakfast sub and waited 40 minutes for the food to come out and it comes out almost frozen. Waisted $7 and my time on a frozen sub. Do better Sheetz employees!

This is the most nasty Sheetz I've ever been in. It's filthy, the trash is all over the parking lot, windshield cleaer had probably never been changed and stank to high heaven. The toilet was something from a horror movie. If I could rate less than 1, I would.

Fuel rewards never work at this store got a new card still doesn’t work and hasn’t for many months. Funny thing it works at all the other sheets. They need to fix this issue also asked them at the store they had no reason my son had same issue. Will not be getting fuel here

My experience with Randleman had not been good, because they question my ability of to pumping my gas. I would not be at the handicap pump if I wasn't handicap. The girls there are disrespectful when I asked if they could pump my gas. Iwent back an a young man was very courteous in helping me. I heard them in the background talking about all that lady's back to get someone to pump your gas.

Used the drive through, sat for 20 minutes and no food, yet the car behind me got theirs, explain that! Drove off with no food and went across the street to Hardees, it took 5 minutes, Sheets need more employees!

Highly don't recommend today October 16th Sunday Carl the manger has called me the N word multiple times and has been disrespectful towards me and my friends and i want to feel safe at Sheetz not be harassed I want to see him fired or at least talked to or demoted so he learns how to speak to people

I do not mind waiting on my food, but how ever I do not like seeing a manger treating their team members poorly. This isn't my first time witnessing this. No one should yell at at anyone during rush hour, it's already stressful enough but seeing this poor behavior I will not be back until that behavior has been fixed.

Great that they are open 24-7, but there is no ATM available at this location and the reader at the pump wouldn’t accept my debit card. The coffee at McDonalds is better and cheaper.
