Service and the ability to fill prescriptions at CVS Randleman, NC is horrible. They are always having to order commonly taken meds no matter if they are on automatic refill or not. They will text you weekly with useless info and trying to get you to refill things you don't need while the needed meds are weeks behind getting filled. I've been a loyal customer since 2007 but it's time to part ways with this horrible chain pharmacy.

If there was a rated for a zero I will give get to them came in to get my grandson medication and they end up giving me someone else they don't pay attention to what they're doing and what they're giving out lucky I have seen it and I let the techno that he needs to pay attention next time what he's doing so be careful when you get your medication at the CVS in Randleman

Pharmacy staff need some training in customer service- they are short and rude and make no effort to be kind and compassionate. They make customers feel like they are a bother. I personally witnessed the incredible rudeness to a 95 year old man and was appalled- it only takes a minutes to be kind and perhaps, helpful to our elders. It makes a big difference in their lives- awful pharmacy!!! Awful!!

Today I picked up a photo order I had placed online. When I got home, I was missing 30 pictures from my order. I called and spoke to the young man working tonight. He helped me with my situation quickly and efficiently. He was so helpful and pleasant. I will make this my CVS of choice because of his wonderful customer service.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Most of the time getting a prescription filled is relatively quick. I have been getting prescriptions filled here for several years and thankfully they are rarely out of stock on the medicines I get. Their prices on over the counter goods are a little high compared to other stores in the area however prescription prices tend to be competitive. The aisles are mostly clear and uncluttered. There is a redbox [a DVD rental kiosk] outside. Unless some unforseen drastic event occurs I will probably continue to shop here for many more years.

Had 4 recent occasions where we've gotten the text saying the prescription was ready to be picked up but once we got there, there were no prescriptions filled. Very important prescriptions that need to be taken daily. I would give this CVS a negative star review if I could. Find a different pharmacy.

Our experience with the pharmacy and employees at the Randleman CVS has been very positive. Our prescriptions have always been filled correctly and promptly, and the followup phone calls have been both timely and professional. Whenever we are in the store, we have been treated courteously and politely.Kudos for a job well done!

This pharmacy is trash! They never have what I need and recently left out one of my prescriptions which I didn't realize until I was home and had to drive the 25 minutes back only to find they only had half of my 16 pill prescription now two days later I am out of medication and being told I have to wait longer to get the rest and this is a medication that is on a tight schedule!!!!! If you have a choice NEVER go here for the pharmacy!!! On top of them never having anything their attitudes are horrendous! Would give negative stars if I could!

Went in yesterday to get medicine after finding out I had covid. Got home and opened the bag that had my cough syrup in, to see that the lid was not on properly and cough syrup was all over the bottle and the bag. Had less than half the bottle left. If I was not so sick I would go in person to complain.

I only put the 1 star because I'd never had problems before other than an occasional long wait but at 8:00 am this morning I ordered a refill on a medication I have 2 refills on that I was completely out of and have to take 1st thing in morning daily. They'd never been out of stock before. The automated phone system just said they were getting it ready and ordered a 5:30 pm pick up. I got off work early and called them at 4:00 pm to ask if I could pick up early and they just said no because they were behind but failed to inform me they were completely putnof stock and it was on backorder! At 6:00 pm I still hasn't received the text to tell me my medicine was ready so I called again and after holding for about 45 minutes someone finally answered the phone and they wouldn't even bother to check to see what other CVS pharmacy did have it in stock and left me to my own buses to spend my next 2 hours calling around as none of the other CVS stores (I could even get to answer phone) had it in stock either! I didn't mention that the 2nd medication I also called in at 8:00 am this morning at the same time was still ready or even started filling in spite of it being 1/2 hour after requested pick-up time. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. This one is clearly understaffed and do not help their regular loyal customer's of year's!!!

Been here several time to pick up meds for a friend. The store staff is amazing, the manager was extremely helpful but the pharmacy techs are a lot to be desired. All except the manager who was kind and helpful. The rest need a lesson in customer service

Dropped off my prescription one day. Went back the next day and it still was not filled!!! Had to wait. Always a long line at the pharmacy. They are so slow and never get the right meds and always try to give you meds that coat so high

Since firing one of their problematic pharmacy techs, my experiences at the pharmacy have been a whole lot better. There are still one or two snarky or unpleasant employees in the pharmacy but the CVS itself is nice.

We've had good and bad experiences at CVS in randleman. Bit the bad one would be when I tried to get a prescription filled at one pharmacy and they didn't have what we needed in stock so we went to cvs. They said they couldn't fill it because they filled it on the 13th and only one day early. I told them the other pharmacy would fill it but didn't have it. They said we'll if that's true we will fill it but we have to make sure your not lying. Well whatever. We got it filled but not without a hassle.
