The best thing I have ever done is switch from CVS to Walgreens. I have been going here for almost a year and any issues I have had with my prescriptions have been easily rectified. With CVS it was always a hassle. The employees at Walgreens are very nice and helpful, especially Debbie.

I have started having multiple issues with this Pharmacy and it has gotten so much worse since the last Pharmacist left. Not only do they not fill your RX until a couple days late, but they will also give you the wrong medication! Check your bag right then! This store has robbed my dad if 45 pills, as well as robbing my mom by mixing her meds up.They also seem to forget that every other month has 31 days and still continue to deny

System in their pharmacy was down, since Sunday night......here it is Tuesday. I had a prescription called in...they could fill it, I just couldn't buy it. They didn't even have the nerve to let me know on the phone before I came that cash would be needed. Management is lacking in this location. Customer service skills on a lvl of 0. Not a very good first impression.

A customer needing meds should not feel intimidated to call the pharmacy with questions or feel a dread to go and pick them up. Several people at this location are horrible, rude and have no business working/dealing with the public. The guy with the Jheri Curl is the worst along with the heavy set black girl. They BOTH do not need to be working with the public!!! Will be changing pharmacies ASAP! Will not deal with these attitudes any longer!

Always have an issue with getting meds filled. Several times my medication has been incorrect. I also ordered a prescription to be delivered and received someone elses meds instead of mine. The heavy set black lady is the rudest also. Slow and poor customer service. Will be transferring to a different pharmacy. Medication is too expensive to have to go through this every month. Poor management apparently.

My daughter is autistic with severe ADHD. She takes Adderall every morning. I filled her prescription on 9/25/2023. She will be out on Sunday 10/22/2023. I am short 3 pills. I keep her prescription in a LOCKED medicine box that requires a 4 digit code to open. I called the pharmacy to ask why I am short 3 pills. Was told they would watch a video and see if all was accounted for. When Kevin called back he stated all was counted and dispensed correctly. I asked if I could view that video and was told no it was illegal for them to show me. Then told me I could call corporate to report it but that would just mean he would call me back tomorrow with the same information. I didnt count the pills before leaving which is my fault. However my advice to anyone would be to take the time to count them. Seems someone here has sticky fingers with controlled substances.Such a shame my daughter will have to go 3 days without her needed medication because of someones drug habit. Will be switching pharmacys ASAP. Been with this location for over 10 years.

I get so sick and tired of those women that works in the pharmacy department! They have there choice on who they give great customer service too. They’re very short an begin to complete the sentence before you can even finish.i am really going to switch pharmacy bc they really can make you feel like garbage and if the next person behind u or before you if they like them it’s all smiles and laughter !!! I don’t understand why bc due to we are all created equal in the eyes of Jesus!! If I could give zero starts I honestly would.

Do a quick google search on other Walgreens locations an read the reviews. I have been coming to this location for over 10yrs. I recently moved to Asheboro and STILL use this location. Their attitude and customer service is what keeps me at this location. I even get my flu shots here. I love the workers they are very friendly and attentive.

Beware of pharmacy, they do not take responsibility of spilled medicine in the bag because they failed to tighten the lid. Check your meds before you leave because the technicians are terrible!!

I've been going to this pharmacy for several years now. The staff has always been very helpful & actually know me by name when I come to pick up my medications. If I have a question about a medication, I am helped quickly & never made to feel like I'm being a bother. Even when they are extremely busy. I have NEVER had a problem with this pharmacy....& that's saying alot since I've been a customer for a good 15 years (or more!)

Every time I come here. At least 2 hours after my medicines called in. They still don't have it ready. Slow as everything I hate I switched to this place

I have been using Walgreens for a year and a half now and I love it. I have several medications that I have to keep track of, but since I started using Walgreens they have taken that stress off of me because they do it for me. They have a professional and friendly staff and they are very prompt in filling my prescriptions. They are AWESOME!!! Thank you all so very much!!

They will refill OLD meds giving the chance. Dr increase mg from 1 to 2 mg and they fill both more than twice after being told both times to REMOVE the old one.

This review is for the Ramseur North Carolina location. I've done business with Walgreens at several locations and also with with Hometown pharmacies over the years. Bar none this Pharmacy has the best customer service I've ever had. The head pharmacist is all about customer service and it shows.
