Sunday night I came in for a few things and had to watch the manager. Try to grab and beat the assistant manager. The manager was screaming at her about how she's trying to take her job or something. How can you have managers that want to put their hands on their employees? This was so unprofessional and ridiculous to watch. No employee should have to worry about their manager trying to assault them. I will never be returning to this store. And I will make sure that the people of Pollocksville know what kind of person she is.

Was verbally attacked by morning shift girl who was 10 minutes late. Once I responded to her insults she came out once I was in my car telling me to get out of my car and bowed up this is happening in front of customers and my two toddlers are in the car. I go to Dollar General this one in particular almost every day if not twice a day I have never been so disrespected from any employee there ever if anything the employees of that store are exceptionally friendly and helpful. This new girl was extremely disrespectful and had no couth having Management in my background this would be unacceptable for one of my employees.

I love going to Dollar General store... David, Shanna, Dora, awesome employees. Very respectful and courteous staff. But the store manager Jasmine is quite rude. Being disrespectful to customers and telling consumers that she looking for another job. Her Keyholder Felicia has gone on Facebook and have talked about staff and other customers threatened to fight the customer. She does not have a professional appearance and the store is always smelling like weed. The store ran so much better when the old manager Wayne and his old assistant manager was there.. the store is a conveyance but I will drive to Trenton or to Maysville.

Found everything I was looking for.the staff was very nice. I go here all the time instead of going anywhere else. I love my store and Pollocksville North Carolina.

Made a quick stop in to get some laundry detergent on my way into New Bern from Jacksonville and have to say I was quite impressed. Anyone that knows me knows I love some good deals and that's what I found in this, what seemed, 'untouchable' neck of treasure gems! Easy maneuver in the store; not a lot of boxes in the way of the cart to get around. Clean and stocked. And to top it off the service was on point!! Parking was easy in and out.

Very clean, well stocked store. Department aren't well arranged or marked so your forced to wander the entire store to find what you are looking for. Clerk complained to everyone that manager is always absent and staff plays manager without the pay. Sounds like district or regional management needs to check in to management issues.

I’ve always had good experiences here the staff is friendly but lately they have been closing and locking the doors an hour before they’re supposed to. Sometimes we will lock the doors at 9:45. If you’re not open til 10 on the dot please change your hours info.

The Dollar General has good prices & a lot of cute things to decorate with . They now have rite much craft supplies which I love & always friendly employees .

This store is always clean, friendly. Since it's the closest thing to a grocery store or department store they carry a little bit of everything! The prices are very comparable to Walmart. In fact, I've found some things cheaper here!

Nice staff, even on Saturday when the coupon can make things insane they welcomed any and all questions. Nice big store, well kept..nicely organized

Today was bad but it wasn't employees fault. The computer system for debit cards was down which made alot of people leave. And the cashier was on the phone I guess with someone to try and fix it but never worked while I was there.

The one is maysvillie is the one i visit all the time neat clean there's not mess on her aisles you can walk down her aisles without tripping over mess clean neat everthing in place i love it

Typical DG location: No nonsense chain store with multi-choice items packed into a typical box warehouse, and is like all the other DG locations ~ so that you can predictably find everything you are looking for.

A good place to pick up damn near anything you might need from an outdoor chair to your favorite snack food. Prices are good and selection is too.

Stopped by there,to pick up a few things today store was a mess isles crowded up with boxes and carts shelves look terrible and the cashier that waited on me was very rude. No customer service skills at this store. Won't go back.
